Reasonably priced and appreciated having breakfast included

We stayed 4 days, but when the room was cleaned on one day, we were not provided with hand towels and toiletries. However, when I went to the desk to request these items, the woman quickly retrieved these supplies for us.

Spacy rooms.

No windows to open for fresh air.

The morning desk lady was not happy being there, and she showed it and acted it.

The room had nice furnishings and was very clean.

Parking was limited. Room window faced into another room.

Window was right up against brick wall No water pressure whatsoever. Vagrant was outside in front of the doorway and 2 male staff did nothing about it. Females did not feal coomfortable trying to enter the building.

The lady who helped us check in was not friendly at all. We did not feel welcomed and comfortable. It was a very bad experience.

It could have been slightly cheaper.

Room was clean. Continental b'fast was good. Staff were very helpful.

Convenience of location.

long Hair on the sink, torn dirty rug, some kind of stain on toilet seat. Unimpressed and I wonder what would be seen with a black light.

Front staff (check in/out counter) surly.

Location

We were travelling as a group and they could not find our reservation. We provided our Booking.com confirmation, our names and it took them over 45 minutes to find our reservation making us late for our family wedding. There were no extra towels, one room smelled like smoke, there was a sports team staying at the hotel and they left their smelly equipment in the hallways. The front desk employee checking us in was totally useless and blamed Booking.com for the error in our reservation. I would not stay at the hotel again.

Close proximity to Hamilton General hospital. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom clean however mould present on ceramic tiling around tub. Water pressure weak.

Parking not available during daytime hours because local offices park in that parking lot even though parking included with stay is advertised. When I asked staff about parking, the answer was to come back after 4:30 and there would be a spot - as a registered guest in day 2 of my stay, this is an unacceptable response.

Insufficient parking. Duvet most uncomfortable.Way too heavy at this time of the year. No healthy food for breakfast. No elevator.

I appreciated the warmth of the staff. My daughter was just released from the hospital after having surgery. The staff showed concern for her comfort. I found the area to be safe with choices of restaurants on the other main street..King Street. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very good with free parking

Also this as the second time for me but I noticed this time the room is not clean as before I complained bout it ,the breakfast buffet is the same every day and as last year no single change ( very boaring)

I really liked the central location of the hotel and the fact that I could just walk to city-centre.

There are many good places near that make your life easier: Tim Hortons, Denninger's, 5 car rentals, gas station... There is a parking lot for the clients. There are good restaurants and fast foods not so far away on King St. E. And at a 10-min. Walk you can get to downtown. The room itself was big, comfy bed, good wifi and cable.

Too expensive, but there isn't anything lower for the same service in Hamilton downtown. The breakfast could have more options.

The area around the hotel isn't so nice, but the rooms were good enough for the money we spent.

The cleanliness of the rooms. My wife checks corners - very clean. Location - centre of Hamilton. Good price including continental breakfast and parking.
