“ the decor was very well done and it felt very relaxing. The fire was on in the lobby keeping us warm and cozy as we enjoyed some relaxing time. The hotel front desk was very helpful and friendly! I enjoyed his upbeat attitude. ”

-Location, even though High Prairie is a small community. -Price. -Could hear people in the room above me and could tell there was a man in the room as I could hear him pee. -Noise travels a lot down hallways.

Proximity to town centre Unfriendly staff, rates were different then quoted, had I not double checked we would not have stayed as they didn't confirm my booking despite an email with confirmation. The contact person is not valid. Housekeeping staff checking very early for our towels.

I enjoyed his upbeat attitude. the complimentary continental breakfast was sparce. I felt there needed to be something like hard boiled eggs and more fruit choices.

Convenient and near the friends we were visiting who live out of town to the south east. Easy to find and get to. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good variety at breakfast. Exterior was not up to date. On the mezzanine level, it would have been nice to have a few little tables with chairs overlooking the lobby. Need to get rid of the dead tree on the south side of the hotel.
