Score from 195 reviews Good
The location close to airport.
Smelly, poor shape needs updating. Ceiling had water stains. Wifi sucks.
Good price for a good hotel.
Price and location
Fire alarm went off twice in night. Pillows were horrible. Carpet not vacuumed. Bottom level very noisy with people walking by. Stayed before but in upper level and was quiet so never stay on bottom floor again
Clean hotel & facilities, comfortable beds & modern furnishings in room.
confused about parking access for upstairs, went to back lot
Good location, nice place than other days inn.
I was impressed when we arrived and very tidy room!
Beddings not changed for 3 days! They never clean the tubs for days. Its already 2 pm ,and room is never cleaned! We have to ask a couple of times to make the bed!
Bed was comfortable and bed sheets smelled fresh and clean. If you get a room near the back of the hotel it is quiet and you do not hear the roadway noise.
Bathroom was unacceptable for the price one pays for this room even at a discount rate. Tiles were cracked, fixtures were old and the tube grouting was filled with dark mould. They have made an effort to put in nice beds and linens and painted the rooms a nice color and then dropped the ball in doing any renovations to the rest of the room. Bathroom needs a complete renovation and bizarre sink, stove top and fridge combo the size of a small car in the room needs to go.
The price was excellent, beds were comfy, liked the fact that the hotel was fairly close to the airport as we had to be up so early to catch a flight. Unfortunately we missed out on the breakfast because of our early flight.
The only issue I had is the smell of chemical cleaners. I have allergies that do not deal well with these smells.
the staff I dealt with on the 12 of sept. was fantastic, the blonde girl that checked us in was so friendly and the young man was too! I explained that I booked all the rooms (3 on Friday & 4 on Sat) but each couple was paying for their room. Asked if they had any more coffee and the young lady was right on it with a fresh pot.Thumbs up for these two employee's!
Have a few thing, one it was very noisy! The morning staff on Sun (14) was very rude, should not of been there, because she had a cough, she charged me for all rooms($684) and said that is the way bookings.com does it? (yet to find this out). I explain that I just BOOKED the rooms and the parties staying in them are paying for the one they occupied! She was arguing with me saying this is the way it is done. In the mean time she is coughing and clearly she should NOT have been there....her name was Kate. So now I have been on the phone with Visa and explaining this situation with them. I did phone the manager Jeeven Sekhon, but have NOT received a call back.
toilet kept running could be updated
The room we had was clean, and there was no problem with parking, even though the hotel was quite busy. The continual breakfast looked pretty good, but was lined up too far for us to try before having to leave.
The queen size bed was "tired" to say the least. It was so soft, it was impossible to sleep. The walls are pretty thin, so every, shower and toilet flush within four rooms ( and upstairs ) is in your room as well. Just noticed we were charged 8% sales tax, when the provincial rate is 7. When we checked in, we were told the pet fee is $20 per dog. The website pet policy is $10. It was adjusted, when I noted the discrepancy, but they still insisted that it was actually $20 per dog. ( $40 seems a bit rich on a $90 room.) Would not stay here again.
Cleaning quality is very poor. Maintenance is very poor. Our first room had mould in the shower. We were shown to another room, which had mould in the shower. Our third room had some mould / mildew in the shower but significantly less than the first two. The heater in the hallway by the elevator has electrical showing. The stairs outside from the top floor to the bottom floor are rusted underneath. For the price we paid, this was not a good hotel! And the breakfast was pretty sad too.
Adequate facilities, decent breakfast
Non- secure WiFi No option to retain same towels and soap other than to decline cleaning of room Lumpy pillows Pool and hot tub right beside highway
Great beds, housekeeping staff was very nice
Phone didn't work. :(. I think room 221 Wanted to phone front desk for a TV guide. Couldn't find Chanel's we were used to. A plastic guide would have really been useful. Didn't want to walk down to front desk in Pj's
first rate place. Very relaxing . Loved the pool area
All good nothing goes in here lol
Good Breakfast Pleasant atmosphere
Bath room could have cleaned more thoroughly!
I like the location
The breakfast is not enough, most of the food are not refilled the time we went there and its almost mid breakfast -8 am, and ran out of fruits.
pillows too small.
Small rooms away from courtyard and pool.
Clean comfortable room.
A little bit far from the winery.
rooms were cleaned late in the day. Room was not ready when i checked in. loud music, and noise during the night from the room above me i would never stay there again
We managed to get some much needed rest. The location was in a quiet area of Kelowna.
We did not wear any footwear in our room and found our feet were quite dirty after only one afternoon of walking on the carpet. Shoes were on after seeing how dirty the carpet was.
Terrible strong Lysol smell Hairs in the bathroom Bed has really old linens Noisy Expensive for what you got
The bed & tv The pancake machine.
The bloody noise ! Loud tv next door until 3 am! Kids running around upstairs until 12:30am! Other noises
