Days Inn - London Ontario (安大略伦敦戴斯酒店)  

We found our room very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a very restful night with no outside noise. We definitely would stay there again when in the city of London. And the price was well within our budget. Thank you.

The restaurant was great and the staff great

The rug was badly stained ..the darkening shade was torn and grungy looking ..no bars in the tub for seniors ..the bed spread was torn and not repaired ...too much noise from adjacent room ...telephone was not working properly

Price and convienient location

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Rugs need to be replaced.

the dirty shower curtain; the air conditioner's position - blowed right in my face I did get a discount for the inconvenience

Our daughter is at the university - we always stay here. Great location - good service, clean easy to get to, reasonable price, easy to book

The front desk guy we always seem to get is the best I think his name is Najim or something like like love checking in when he is there

Needs major renovations patio doors need to be replaced liners behind curtains are holy and need to be replaced blankets on beds have holes in them in our room there was electical plugs with no covers on them and bathroom needs renos also it is time to put some money into these rooms

Staff

It is very close to all amenities which we like such as the mall, movies, and bingo. The restaurant is nice but we doot like a big meal every day.

It would be nice if you had a cotinental breakfast in the hotel instead of the restaurant on the premises.

Staff were very good and eager to make our stay comfortable, going out of their way to relocate us to a quiet room. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable.

The rooms need some updating and repair. Wall paper peeling off in some places and paint peeling on doors. Lots of noise and party people in halls and rooms on the first floor.

The price was excellent

No luxuries at all Breakfast did not include coffee -- When do you have breakfast without coffee?

It was quiet and the woman at the front desk was efficient and polite.

I would bring my own pillows next time.

I am very pleased with the staff at this hotel. The hotel's staff is very professionally. I want to say a big thanks to the hotel manager for the creation of such a team. Special thanks I would like to say Arjay - a worker at the front desk. His works and professionalism above all praise.

the check out was quick

when we got to our room there was a real bad smell in the room , we could not stand in the room it was so bad . Dead & rotten mouse .reported it to front desk & they said " no problem we are comming up with a new room key for you " Waited 20 min. in hallway then I had to go to get a new room . the next day our freinds checked in & were given the SAME ROOM with the dead mouse . It still WASNT CLEANED UP . they got a 2nd room with a pluged toilet & plastic covering the smoke detector & the light between the beds wouldnt work . Hotel staff came with a plunger & ask if we wanted to fix the toilet . " you want me to do it ? " was her exact words . They were given a 3rd room but with no microwave . Didnt want to press our luck . When we checked out together they would not even cut our freinds a break for all the stuff they went through . Will NEVER stay at Days Inn again

We liked our entire experience. My husband had surgery and the staff was more than accommodating. The front desk were more than happy to extend our stay at the same rate. We will be back for sure!!

it was clean and I liked the price. The staff we're very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and access to the hotel was convenient.

why didn't like was that I did not have heat in my room. The thermostat did not seem to work it was not very comfortable

Night Manager was very professional. Room was in good condition and clean. The entire process from booking through to check out was totally hassle-free - just the way I like it! Will use motel and booking service again.

The room was really well priced, the staff was polite and the room appeared to be relatively clean.

The walls are quite thin, there were a bunch of (relatively loud) teenagers coming and going until well past 3 am (although that's not really the hotel's fault), we could also hear noise from the street outside. Other than that, bear in mind it's no Bellagio you get what you pay for I suppose. The building is older and looks tired and the faucet in our bathroom sink didn't work very well.

Staff were very customer oriented; they were very willing to assist with enquiries and ensure our comfort. Breakfast service was friendly and quick and good value for our money. Would use this facility again.
