Score from 314 reviews Good
Good location and close to public transportation and air port.
Bad smell and poor air quality and poor wifi service.
Very pleasant staff at desk and bar. Helpful and prompt response to a tv reception problem. Good service in dining room.
Cab driver and a visitor had trouble finding the hotel...
Good value for money; Clean
Slow wi-fi without information about connectivity. 17 min. away from Downtown, but I choose the hotel. Fair restaurant.
Location comfort cleaniness good comfort
Entrance from road not so safe and no breakfast
Had a quiet room with no road or aricraft noise which was perfect for a one night stay after arriving from UK.
There was no shuutle service from theairport even though this had been advertised and there is even a sign at the airport stating a shuttle is available. To take a taxi would be expensive and an unexpected cost. We took the 747 bus to stop 1 (Lionel Groulx) and used the metro to Cote Vertu for a cost of $10/person for tickets valid for 24 hours so we also used them the following day. There are taxis available at Cote Vertu metro station and it cost $15 including a tip to the hotel. Taxis were readily available the following morning at the hotel. The metro stations used had lifts so managing luggage was not a problem.
The room is quite Wi-fi is fair
No water boiler Inconvenient location
I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got one with 1 king bed. They were sold out of what I was booked for.
I loved everything in my room, starting from the clean and sof king bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom, cool airconditioning. Nothing to complain about. Loved the variety at the restaurant.
I liked everything.
Nothing I really could point out
The smell was so awful, a musty smell...rooms not kept well..
cheap for montreal area,
staff not so friendly, some humidity smell, but not terrible
Was reimbursed the cab fare. Front desk manager very courteous.
Airport shuttle very confusing. Does not run sometimes , you guess when! Ended up taking a cab. Could avoid a great deal of aggravation if the airport info had the schedule.
It's dive .
Nothing it's dengie dark poor liting rooms are terrible bed bugs they can't even make coffee. In general the worse place I have stayed at.
They claim it was Booking.com's fault but many things advertised were not operational, including a shuttle from the airport, the pool, and the elevator.
Everything r excellent
There was no shuttle to the airport, despite is being prominently advertised. Some fine print in a long paragraph suggested we consult with them due to schedule changes, but when we consulted upon check in, we were told that it was no longer available, ever. And told that the web site warned us (it did not). It cost us another $20 to go to the airport. The pool is also closed and the wi-fi impossibly slow. There is no reason to stay at this property except for transportion to the airport for an early (5 am) flight. False advertising. We were VERY unhappy and disappointed.
The hotel was quiet and in a good location. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Our room key didn't work on several occasions. We had to return to the front desk at least 8 times to have it re-programmed.
The shuttle service was terrible. They don't actually have a shuttle running regularly from the airport. I had to call to get a shuttle, and they only pick up until 4:30 pm! PLUS! I had to take a taxi to the airport in the morning! Because they don't run the shuttle for people who don't do long term parking or something of that sort. If I had known the shuttle service was so poor, I would have picked another hotel, it would have been cheaper. They really need to take the shuttle service advertisement off their website if they're not really going to provide shuttle services.
everything. staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and well equipped. nice on site restaurant with good food.
At the airport, I waited for the hotel shuttle, thinking it would come automatically. You have to call for it to come. Once you do call, response time is very fast. The shuttle in the morning was scheduled and ready for me. When I arrived at the hotel, the outside of the building and the hallways looked run down, but the room was great. Comfortable sleep!
The price was excellent for what we got. Fairly close to downtown montreal. The staff were very friendly and helpful
It would have been nice to have breakfast on Sunday which wasn't available as an option.
Room was spacious
Staff was not accommandating
Front desk person was nice.
Noisy, décor, no breakfast (first ever Days Inn without breakfast), room was very hot when we got there,
Nothing. Worst hotel experience in a long time.
King bed had queen sheets that did not cover the mattress completely. I slept on top of the top sheet No ATM on premises and no willingess to help by staff. Coffee machine was broken Internet Connection was unreliable Exercise room had no clearning equipment to clean the machines after use
Excellent location for someone transiting: close to the airport. Good value for money.
