front desk staff was rude the rate during grand prix was too high for what the hotel offered and where it was located.

Staff were friendly and helpfull (almost before you asked for assistance it was offered)

There was a mechanical issue but it was resolved quietly and completely.

Montreal is very walkable so though we werent in the middle of things, we could get there easily. Parking was available and secure.

The room was small and had a residual smell of smoke though it was a nonsmoking room.

the hotel is wonderful and clean

Our intitial room's bathroom wasn't clean. After mentioning this to the manager Simon, without hesitation moved us to an up graded room suite which was more than suitable. Location was good, rooms quiet, no bed spread, which hotels will reuse client after client. Instead they used a sheet over a duvet which you no is changed between guests. This is our second time at Days Inn Montreal and I will book again.

Loacation was excellent. Right in the centre of the city. Could be rated as a 4 star hotel.

It was clean and not to expensive for the weekend.

Group of loud people so made it not so relaxing. A bit far from the shopping, we had to walk a lot more then expected.

Welcomming, food, room, cleaning, services, relax atmosphere.....

the clerk car service is not available all week long....

Good Value for a single traveller....

The location was very convenient. Close to the downtown and the metro station "Champ de Mars". The room wasn't large but it's ok if you only sleep there. It was clean and the matress was comfortable. The wi-fi worked very well.

Anyway, I didn't find the staff very helpful and friendly. The windows in the room can't be open at all.

Location to Old Montreal

Beds were not made correctly and looked like someone had slept in them. Rooms very small and we had their largest room. Expensive parking No information for Tours at Front desk had to ask for everything.

Great price - main reason I booked Also close to the Montreal Metro - actually a lot closer to the Champ-de-Mars station than the St. Laurent station advertised.

Room is fairly small, ok if you only sleep there. Bathroom fan is incredibly noisy; tied to bathroom light switch so always on when using the bathroom.

The room is a bit cold (atmosphere) but it is fine

The price, comfort, location.

Nothing i did not like, except the cold, that kept me more inside than i wished.

Very friendly people at the front desk

For the price, this Hotel can not be beat. My room was nice and clean, super white sheets, comfortable mattress, quiet, and good pillows. The staff was most courteous and enjoyable to converse with. Also very helpful. Directions are very easy. Nice, three star hotel. I will surely return.

There was not a thing I did not like.

the staff especially the man on the front desk as well as the waitress in the restaurant for breakfast were most helpful. the location was very convenient and the overall experience was wonderful. thankyou we shall return.

In walking distance to Vieux Montreal.

It was ok for the price, close to China town, 15 min walk to centre of the city.
