very central, didn't have far to walk for shops, restaurants etc.One street away from st catherines st which is the lively area of montreal, just around the corner from the underground which takes you directly to the biodome, botanic gardens. Rooms slightly dated but comfortable enough. |

Good location, courteous staff, breakfast & dinner prices were reasonable. There were glasses, plates by other guests rooms, outside of their doors. More a relflection of patrons than staff, but someone could do a floor walk around every 2 hours to pick that up. |

The location, and the indoor parking. Restaurant was good, too. The place is rather worn and poorly maintained. The mechanical systems were poor - E.G., the bathroom fan was very noisy, yet did not exhaust moisture from the shower. Toilet overflowed after first use. Heating system did not work. |

Good location, good rates. I was on the fourth floor -- While the rooms were cleaned daily, there was no ventilation (i.e. windows opening), and the bathroom, room and hallway smelled moldy and like stale smoke. |
