The beds were good, and the pool was okay. My kids, were upset with no TV cable in the room, and we were all upset that the hot tub was colder then the pool. Parking was also an issue. We had to park in the other hotels parking lot. |

See above. No remote control, only 3 channels. Smell in room. No good sliding door lock leaving room insafe. No help when we made our concerns known to mgt. |

I actually wrote to Days Inn and made a complaint about the hotel. The hotel needs a make over.It is so worn out looking. The hot tub was cool. The pool was smelly. The tv was 21"and had a purple line through it.There was no cable. The jacuzzi made creepy squinking noises and we though it was going to cave in. The coffee machine wouldn't work and the coffee machines in the lobby were empty. They gave me the wrong room. Then I got my room and I ask for one overlooking the gorge. The window overlooking the gorge was at the side of the hotel and all you could see was the rocks. |

The manager Mike was excellant otherwise i would of been ticked off with the service beds not made ,Jacuzzi not working .Mike accomondates us and less the anger. The hotel can use more staff as much as they tried to please us they were short staff. |

Shuttle bus was covenient. We received a good deal on the price. Not much noise at all. Stinky air freshener used in room - don't know why the room was a non-smoking room. There was a lot of confusion about the restaurant on-site. We did not expect a restaurant, but were given a discount coupon for the on-site facility when checking in - after several inquiries we eventually learned the restaurant was not operating. Although this was not an issue for us, we were confused by the discount coupon we received and then took some time before learning the restaurant was closed. |

incredible overuse of extension cords in the room which probably was the reason for the regular power outages |

They have a pool, warm as bath water, but maybe its nice in the winter, but not in the hot days of summer. The first room they put us in the A/C wasn't working, then the 2nd room they gave us, the phone wasn't working. The tv had only 2 channels and 1 grainy channel. |

It was in Niagara Falls and not Sudbury. The second night we were given a new room that was acceptable. The first night one quarter of the floor surface was wet from the A/C. The fireplace wouldn't shut off and was working cross-purposes with the A/C. The TV remote didn't work. There was no coffee in the coffee machine. The shower didn't work. |

It was a comfortable room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tired and in need of an update. It was a long way from the restaurants and bars abd the promised free bus did not turn up. The pool was very old and well used. The water was hadly deep enough to swim in. |

Manager was good, cleaning staff were excellent, staff in restaurant was good. Quiet, away from the tourist area. Great location for traveling into the Falls and into Niagra on the Lake. It needed spring cleaning. Curtains were dirty, walls were dirty, cord of blow dry were dirty. |

It was priced right and was located close to our destination of Niagara on the lake. Our hotel room was not clean when we arrived and entered the room. The washroom was being used as an alternate public washroom because the lobby one was out of order. There were hairs in the bathtub and the carpet was not vacuumed from the previous guests, there were cheerios and grass, etc. all over the room. There were 4 people checked in for our reservation yet there were only 3 bath towels supplied. When I went to the front desk to ask for more towels, they gave me pool towels. From the balcony, we had the honor of looking at garbage from the hotel renovations. The old Day's Inn signs(which were all shattered and in pieces) were laying on the cement directly in front of our room and there were shards of broken glass on the balcony floor |

Reservation was wrong and at first they said we weren't booked until next night. We had to wait for our room to be prepared even though it was 5 p.m. when we were checking in. The manager seemed more interested in checking in and reminiscing with an old friend than letting the desk clerk know which room was ready for us. She asked him to call down and he just strolled back talking with his friend while we waited. Fireplace did not work and shuttle broke down leaving us stranded. |

We enjoyed the Pool and Sauna. And Close enough to things but far enough that you are not right in the middle of things and can relax. Was also afordable. We choose this particular hotel for the Hot tub which didnt work and for the lounge and restaurant attached. Which didnt have any food.(Really didnt have anything we ordered and had a small menu) We had to go into town for dinner. The TV got 3 Channels and only 1 well enough to watch. TV is such a basic thing you dont expect to have to ask about that today. When we mentioned the problems we were only told that they would mention them to someone. Not even an appology and certainly no compensation as mentioned on the card in the room. |

Comfortable rooms with close proximity and available frequent return shuttle service to Niagara falls. Very friendly and helpful staff and good parking facility. Wirless internet reception very poor in my room but I'm sure this will easily be rectified by repositioning of Routers. Bathroom could do with a ventilation extration fan. |

I appreciated the free shuttle bus to and from the Falls at very convenient times. I enjoyed the use of the pool - it operated at convenient times and was much appreciated after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping. The fireplace light/gas was on the entire time we were there, although I did request it be turned off. It gave extra heat which we did not need during the hot and muggy weather. A screen door on the balcony window would have been useful since we had the door open most of the time to let in fresh air - and the bugs! |
