Excellent service from front desk. Returned my hair curler by FedEx

Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk, cleaning people friendly and accommodating.

not totally vacuumed properly before we arrived (Easter eggs found by bed and a bobby pin on the carpet)

It was the only hotel with availability in the area Irequired.

The room was freezing! Do not plan on staying there again!

For future reference, how can I benefit from the government rate when on business travel. Clerk said he was not able to change the fee given by Bokking.

Location was good for business needs.

Parking was pathetic, lot was rammed and had to park two lots over by a restaurant. Pillows were terrible in rooms (flat and useless) & the bed itself was lumpy and uncomfortable. Awful nights sleep. Also kept awake most of night listening to the banging and movement from other rooms -the walls are apparently paper-mache.

The desk clerk was rude, the maid service was noisy outside our room even though we had a do not disturbe posted on our door.

The room we had with two queen size beds was a great sized room. The furniture wasn't all crammed into a small space and we could easily move around the room. The hallways were quiet and we didn't hear any of the other guests. And the whole place smelled fresh and clean.

Bed was too small for us and the mattress you could hear it everytime we would move.

I appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well as the service from staff. I would not consider the $150+ economical for one person but I was needing to stay as close to the airport as I could. I would be willing to stay at Days Inn Ottawa Airport again.

Good selection at breakfast, even shortly before it was shutting down at 10am.

Alarm clock needed to be replaced - was falling apart and made odd buzzing sounds when I was trying to listen to radio. Smelled funny in room - on thinking about it, I figure I got a smoking room, when one was NOT requested. Being close to the airport is deceptive. I came in at 1am - shuttle no longer running - and had an ~$15 cab ride.

the breakfast was very poor selection comared to othe hotels in the area for the same price. Terrible coffee, lack of fruit, no eggs of similar hot servicing.

There was a mix-up in our reservation (my fault) and the staff was most accomodating. They made what could have been (and was) a stressful time (taking son to college) much easier.

L’amabilité du personnel au petit déjeuner (j’avais une requête spéciale). Chambre spacieuse.

- Breakfast was good and rich - rooms were nice and wide - cleaning staff and airport shuttle staff was nice and helpful

- The room they called business center is nothing to do with business, they just put a pc and a printer without paper, they didn't have a scanner -the hotel can't send a fax to an international number!! Or they don't know how to do it -reception staff wasn't helpful at all
