Wifi didn't work in room had to go to lobby
Accommodating staff and beautifully clean
Complimentary breakfast was extremely simple but good
Very friendly man at the front desk who made it simple to book in. Chalet was clean and extremely convenient for our son and little dog. Easy to unload and load our stuff into our vehicle. We will be returning.
location, staff, breakfast was good
carpet order in some of the rooms need aprovement
Good variety for continental breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient location with great view of St Lawrence behind.
Horrible wi-fi. Noisy a/c even on low.
Breakfast was good
Staff weren't friendly at all...had room 219 musty smell in hall and room...
We recently stayed 2 days at Days Inn Rivière-du-Loup. Rooms were very nice and clean. We had a good view to Saint Lawrence River and our beds were comfy. The breakfast was amazing with great range of choices.
Only Wi-Fi was very slow. It need to be improved.
Loved the huge space, and tub.great view, fresh breeze, nice and quiet too.
The patio doors to the balcony did not lock properly.
The room seemed to be very dry even when air on.
While booking online in the request section, I requested top floor, river view, 2 queens. A few days later I received email offering me the option of upgrading to what I had requested for $10.00, to make sure we got what we wanted I upgraded. When we checked in we were actually charged $15.00. And the room was nothing special, smelt damp, beds and chairs very low, room cramped. The breakfast area was terrible, very few healthy choices, the floor was very sticky, crowded. We left and ate elsewhere. Would not stay here again.
The breakfast was really good.
There were hairs on the sheets and pillows. Not sure how that's possible if washed properly.
Beautiful View Big and lovely Room Very Clean We have not stayed here for a few years and we were delightfully surprised at the improvements
Nice view on the water side, beautiful sunset.
Someone else's hairbrush was on the floor when we got there. It is non smoking but people are still allowed to smoke on the balcony, so it smells like smoke still. Didn't like just having coffee whitener - should be real milk or cream. It was OK.
Clean room, great pillows, good view of the river.
Breakfast a great disappointment when compared to Quality Inn in same city. Price was way too high for the service received, in comparison with Quality Inn.
Rooms were clean. Location was good. Views were great. Pool was nice (Although outside)
The door to the mutual balcony was a little weak. Anyone could have broken in. And the door latch (lock) on the the hallway side was broken as well. Seems to be a theme.
Clean and staff spoke english.
Too pricey for one night. For the price we paid, I was expecting a nice hot breakfast.
service was excellent breakfast was great
smell in the room bed not comfortable
Clean room luxurious, comfortable, great view
Recently renovated but the sliding screen door was not functional. It seems that the Reno added a second sliding door set and the screen door was left over. This minor if you use the AC.
Checkout was fast. Breakfast was fine. Staff was very courteous.
The hallways are quite convoluted, nothing goes in a straight line from the outside to where one wants to go on the inside.
The staff were friendly and bilingual. Rooms were in good shape and for the money it wasn't bad overall.
The building is a bit " tired " and although in decent shape could use some sprucing up. Small things like doors to the outside had malfunctioning handles and wouldn't close properly and some areas need paint. Nothing too horrendous though.
Very nice breakfast. Excellent view of the river
Had to share balcony with people beside us.
Clean, large rooms with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.
I slept very well, and our room was facing the river and saw a beautiful sunset
the breakfast was good enough, average
