Was close to clifton hills and could walk there. Didn't have to use the car to gt to main attractions. Unable to see the falls from the room as located overlooking another hotel. |

Excellent reception - good breakfast - very nice room and close to all amenities - just a mini holiday in Niagara Falls and it was very enjoyable. |

Convenient to Clifton Hill and falls. Clean room and extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Even when very busy with a large busload of guests, the desk staff was able to pay attention to my own needs. I think the way the breakfast items are layed out and the fact that there is too much furniture in the breakfast room made getting and eating breakfast something of a hassle. |

I liked how close and convenient it was to Clifton Hill. How dark the room was because our window was two feet from a concrete wall. |

The room was excellent, it was clean, roomy and quite. The staff were very helpful and kind to my family. We enjoyed the pool was a bit small but clean. The location was excellent walking distance to the main street but far enough away to be quiet. I would stay here again. Pool could be bigger |

The location of the hotel. It was within easy walking distance of most attractions. The breakfast buffet was limited and line-ups were horrendous. We are not big fans of mirrors and the headboard mirrors in the bedroom were unsettling to our grandson. |

Location and good value. No free computer internet service, just free wireless which is insecure and available even in the street. |

I liked the fact that there was some kind of breakfast included, also didn't look too "cheap" of a hotel. not really everything was ok. |

The staff actually answered our questiones and were helpful. The room next to us had a couple that actually fought all night. The security guard did come up .Not much he could do but he did try.We thank him for that. |

The hotel was close to all amenities. There was no microwave in the room as the description said there would be. The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Most of the t.v. channels did not work. |
