Pesimo desayuno. Subrealista, no somos para nada delicados pero es excesivamente malo. Las instalaciones aunque están limpias son viejas. (Piscina enana....) Para lo que ofrece es caro.

Very nice room...Staff very good and upgraded our room to a suite One block to Clifton hill, so we parked the car (free parking) and walked everywhere. Nice pool and very clean hotel and room.

Hotel was close to Clifton Hill, the centre of the tourist area. The room was spacious and fairly clean. Parking was free and the hotel key gave access to the parking entry. Clean bed sheets, towels. Fridge in room.

Remote for the tv did not work because it needed new batteries. Plastic cups are used, not glass. Breakfast offered no fruits. The carpet in the room need cleaning.

We loved the location, the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The parking and free WiFI were great extras. Would definitely stay again, very good value!! The rooms are clean and spacious.

It was close to downtown liked that you could walk everywhere.

The fighting in the halls security aruging with quests. Kept us up all night not a good sleep other then that liked hotel. Disappointed no hot tub which is listed and pool cold.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The employees went above and beyond.

Their website says the hotel has a hot tub. It shows a photo of a hot tub. However, there is no hot tub!

We received a great deal on our two night stay. I had some reservations on what to expect for the price but the Inn was great. I have stayed at other Inns in Niagara Falls before, for a much higher price and none of them were like this one. It was new, clean, comfortable, quiet, great location and just really friendly. I really regret not taking swimsuits as the pool looked great too. All in all I will definitely recommend this hotel further and would definitely come back.

It was clean and convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. The staff was very helpful.

I had a little problem with the tub faucet which was fixed immediately when I reported to the staff at the front desk.

Very friendly staff. We had a minor problem with the quality of our linens(holey) but they fixed this problem with many appologies ,very quickly

They need all new blankets and pillows as several were riddled with holes
