Days Inn & Suites - Niagara Falls, Center St., By the Fall  

Ubicación. Muy cerca de los restaurantes y de las cataratas.

Pesimo desayuno. Subrealista, no somos para nada delicados pero es excesivamente malo. Las instalaciones aunque están limpias son viejas. (Piscina enana....) Para lo que ofrece es caro.

I liked the location,prize and cleaniness of the hotel.

It was really close to Clifton Hill without all the noise and partying. Price was reasonable and the hotel was great.

Continental breakfast was not so great however; other places to eat are within walking distance.

I was very disappointed because it seemed for some reason my husband and I who where staying with another couple ( seperate room ) where given a very old room on a different side of the building. The rooms were not like pictured on the website Very old and dingy and beds were not comfotable Walls are very thin I could hear everything going on outside my room Would not stay there again

Price is good and rooms are clean

location - just 2 blocks away from all the excitement on Clifton Hill spacious,clean rooms with a little fridge and coffee maker included nice indoor pool and hottub with plenty of towels available reasonable price included a nice breakfast and free parking friendly, helpful staff

Perhaps a bit more in the amenities - 2 little bars of soap and one tiny container of shampoo for two people (Even just a dab of conditioner would have been appreciated) I have stayed at Days Inn spots before, and there is usually more. On the positive side. you only had to ask, and more shampoo was available. We were on the second floor, and had to go to the fourth floor, to get ice. I don't know whether the one on our floor was actually broken, or just over- used, but I did not see one ice-cube from it.

The second room was very nice and clean

The first room was small and untidy and at the back of the hotel hidden in a corner. I would have hated what would have happened had there been a fire. Never would have found my way out.

AC in room no 212 was not working

Front desk staff (Ada) excellent - extremely helpful, friendly and customer service oriented - shining star. Main floor lounge area was comfortable and cozy. Close to falls and casino (walking distance). No charge for parking vehicle.

Breakfast limited and area to serve yourself was tight and very crowded. Hallways were not a neat and clean as I would have liked.

Quite and comfortable.

The room was very clean and the accessories were in very good condition. I specially liked the modern refrigerator and micro-waves in the room.

The continental breakfast was only bagels and muffins. Some fruits or eggs would have been good.

Stasff exceptional - bed perfect =

Carpet needed good cleaning bits fluff etc everywhere can you not get higher toilets impossible for someone like me who has a back problem --- but even my hUSBAND complained
