Service was good.
Bed sheets, pillows and comfort. Bathroom a little dirty.
The front desk was very accommodating and helpful in figuring out room rates for us.
The bed had a really thin comforter, not like most hotels with nice big ones. So when you turned off the heater cause it would go from boiling to nothing at all, you were left freezing with this tiny blanket. Also when you first drive in to park, they have a button automated draw bridge, but when coming in it didn't work for us so we had to call front desk and when leaving there was an issue as well, very frustrating
It was a great location if I had to say something nice.
The tub was clogged. While I showered gross stuff that looked like puke came up from the drain and filled the tub. When I complained at the check out I was told I shod have called when it happened. Which was while I was naked in the shower??? Duh!! No discount. No apology. Just tough luck. The beds were very uncomfortable. The linens on the pullout were used.
The room was spacious and comfortable, The hotel was clean and not too noisy. The bed was comfortable so we slept well. The location of the hotel was such that we were a few minutes from Clifton Hill and an easy walk to the falls, made it very easy to do everything we wanted on foot.
I can't say I disliked anything for what we payed everything was fine.
Staff are great.
Not all rooms have windows that open. All in all its a safe hotel with parking.
the decorations and my husband
only a cafe only open till 11 no vending machines
Swimming pool was closed.
Only disappointment was hotel pool was out of order. Sucked but still great stay!
Pool out of order
We had to paid parking for the night when the season is dead...
Hot tub, bed, location of hotel, just slightly away from busy areas
No free breakfast
- hotel staff was nice - fairly easy to locate the hotel - right next to several restaurants
- the reception of the wi-fi connection was unstable - the water at the pool/warm pool was dirty
Paying to park at place you're staying at
Room size staff clean Great location
We ordered breakfast on door card never got delivered so went across road to get breakfast.
The king bed and spa tub right in the room. So relaxing and romantic. Would definately stay there again!!
This is our 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. Now with our family friend from calgary.we got an upgrade on 1 of the room so that we are adjacent to each other . We are happy and satisfied. For the service.
Was walking distance to most of the attractions at Niagara. Very convenient.
Would have liked it if there was a restaurant at the Hotel for lunch or dinner - not just Breakfast.
i like that there was a pool and hot tub
the WiFi was a beet slow cause i do know there lots off people using it other than that was great
No free food
This hotel is situated in a great location for access to the Clifton Hill and for travelling to the Lundy's lane area. It is within walking distance of the falls and casinos. The staff is friendly and effecient. When I notified them of no towels in the pool area, it was soon rectified. I would stay here again.
Unfortunately, the room we were given was not one of there best. I had booked this 3 months in advance, and we were put in an addtion which is connected to the main hotel only at the ground floor. Our room faced the street, and although this is not the hotels fault, the music from the outdoor patio speakers from the bar at the corner can be heard through the windows. It shuts off at 2:30 am. This was Dec. 30, there was no one on the patio to hear the music, and they are not on the hill, so hopefully the hotel can either change the windows or speak with their neighbour.
They location was best. Easy access to the main strip and a quiet hotel. It wasn't noisy and was well staffed.
The 100 dollars deposit charge when I wasn't aware it would be charged then credited back to my credit card after 4-5 business days. The price was a little high but overall good.
Like the clean room. Has microwave, small ref,tv, couch, clean bath. Very comfortable.
Place was affordable, and close to most of the attractions wanted. Overall pleased with experience and would book again.
Very comfortable room, clean.
Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Problems with tv channels. Surprise charge for parking at the end. Cards kept demagnetizing for getting into parking lot and rooms.
Had to pay for parking and no free breakfast and staff makes fun of you
great location, away from the noisy streets, but walking distance to everything (not even a 5 minute walk). The hotel was very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was great; really good value for money
