hotel in its self clean.
The room had a nasty odor. When I checked in I paid for a queen and received 2 queens. Was told it was an upgrade. My husband informed them the beds were 2 doubles but they insisted it was queens. My husband is 6 feet and did not fit on the bed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. At checkout was told the security deposit would take 3-5 days. I've stsyed at the falls view hotel n the deposit is reimbursed a few hours after checkout. I would never stay here again not worth the money I spent for 3 nights.
Excellent location, can get to the lakes and the main strip by walking. Kind staff. Big rooms, low rate.
Wifi at 6th floor worked poorly, the sheets and towels were stained. No blanckets, just thin sheets with bed covers on them.
Quiet street, good location. short walk to falls without high price room. Good variety of restaurants within five minute walk from hotel.
Pay for parking when lot was almost empty being the off season.
Pretty much everything we needed or asked for was there for us, that was good.
There was no table and only 1 chair in the room, no conditioner for showering(others have it), and I thought there would be a continental breakfast as other days inns do.
Location and friendly staff.
Very clean and good location - we could walk pretty much anywhere which was nice...
It really wasn't what I would call a "suite" - ie I would have paid a bit more for a two room, separate bedroom, etc.
the courtesy of the staff. the convenience of needed supplies, very relaxing atmosphere.definetely a place we would come back to.Thank-you for the excellent service.
The breakfast portion could have been better.
I liked the location, and the staff were friendly! Really enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. Also rooms were clean and a decent size.
Unlike other Days Inns their was no breakfast included.
Walls very thin . Could hear people yelling in hallway
location - very close to all major attractions esp Niagara Falls
A very reasonable place to stay at a very reasonable price.
Other guests on the second of two nights were very noisy into the early hours. (Friday night at Niagara Falls what did I expect).
Wifi availability. Staff were accommodating.
Only 3 towels were available for 4 guest. The carpet has a lot of stain, probably needs replacement.
I liked the proximity to Clifton hill and the casino. The room was clean
The room was small and the beds were very uncomfortable. The tv channels were lacking. The pool area was fairly clean but worn and dated.
Easy walk to the falls.
The only window opened to a brick wall.
The room was big. The couch was a nice touch. The beds and pillows were comfortable. No sore back in the morning, so that was great!
The towels were not soft. The comforters could use a washing. The tap dripped all night and the fridge had a smell that wasn't pleasant.
Rooms are large and clean, close to Clifton hill area.
We were on the top floor so the WiFi barely worked.
Receptionist Paying for parking on site They took away the included breakfast the did have over a yr ago. Cleaner dropped a bunch of towels on lobby floor, picked them up and kept going on to clean rooms and used them for stalking up other rooms.
Beds were comfortably. Check-in was quick and efficient.
Elevators were extremely slow. TV in the 2 Bed Suite needs to be mounted on the wall so everyone in the room while in bed can watch tv.
cleaning staff was very friendly and good at their job
check in staff made it very difficult to check in. I asked for extra towels and blankets didn't not recieve either. Had two towels for 2 people. Made it very difficult to swim
*The hotel location made it easy to walk to Niagara Falls attractions as well as Clinton Hill. We didn't have to drive anywhere while in the city. Quite a bonus! *They have a friendly and helpful staff, with someone to greet you at the door every time you enter or leave. *We enjoyed our spacious room with fresh, clean sheets, extra towels, pillow, and blanket. *The Canadian side is more developed, prettier but much more crowded and pricier. *Better views of the Falls on the Canadian side, but the "same" activities cost less on the U.S. side (you can walk to the US side from the hotel over Rainbow Bridge for $ .50 a person - bring quarters!) *We loved our visit to Niagara Falls, Canada!
*I did not like paying a separate fee to park at my own hotel -- $5/day. *There were a few minor things that were a bit worn out in our room. *The exercise room has dated equipment (especially the one lonely stationary bike with a seat that gives you a wedgie as it tries to buck you off as you pedal.) *The Canadian side of the falls although prettier is much pricier - esp. restaurants... drive a few miles down the road to eat! You'll see a huge difference!
Large rooms, breakfast area, location, location!
The bed was wonderfully comfortable
We really couldn't see the falls from our location
The cafe in the hotel was only open until 1pm. There were times that we would of liked a bite to eat ,however we had to go out of the hotel to get something
