I liked the fact that there was some kind of breakfast included, also didn't look too "cheap" of a hotel. not really everything was ok. |

The beds were extremley comfortable I phoned and upgraded my room to have a jaquzzi but when arrived they didn't have that in my reservation |

close to everything. staff very helpful. needs new carpeting and bedspreads. beadspreds had cigarette burns in them and they were very worn. |

The staff actually answered our questiones and were helpful. The room next to us had a couple that actually fought all night.The security guard did come up .Not much he could do but he did try.We thank him for that. |

The hotel was close to all amenities. There was no microwave in the room as the description said there would be. The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Most of the t.v. channels did not work. |

Customer Service staff were very friendly The rooms feel outdated compared to the luxurious exterior of the building, it almost gives you a false impression of what the inside really looks like. |

Central location, nice confortable and large enough room, parking included The room was in a back part of the hotel, which had a different frontal set of rooms, which appeared as better or more confortable. This was not evident when booking. |

Everything, until I got home... See above. Nothing. We were truly satisfied, until we got home. I called the hotel twice and received an ok answer to the "release" claus... However, I think three days releasing a credit card (especially when I handed over cash... Was very unreasonable, but thats no relection on the actual stay. |
