Very clean hotel, excellent central location near the subway and streetcars. Staff friendly and matter-of-fact. Good value for the money. Well-stocked gift shop in the lobby. |

Proximity to subway, good location. Our maid (Shelly) made a very good job of making the beds and tidying the room despite all of our clutter! Could have done with a kettle rather than filter coffee machine (not good for making tea!) Fire alarm three nights in a row! (Fortunately we were out for the first one but were still disturbed by two! Apparentely false alarms) there seemed to be a lack of organisation from staff as people were entering the building with alarm going! And no one checking whether we were out of our rooms or not! |

I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel, near subway, shopping, and restaurants Fire alarm testing for five of the days, not always restricted to the daytime hours as promised by hotel staff. |

the closeness to the gay village. and the pool - was in Toronto during some of the muggiest days, and the pool and deck on the 6th floor were significantly more comfortable than at ground level. on the second day, the room was not made up, even though I was out of the hotel from 11 am - 4 pm. |

Great location, very affordable, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, comfy beds, extra pillows, slept well.. No towels kept at the pool, air conditioning wasn't as cool as we would have liked but was still adequate to give us a comfy night sleep. |

The hotel was perfectly situated near the centre of the city. Room was specious and clean, with a balcony with a nice view on some of the governmental buildings. The breakfast could be improved. |

Good value for the price. Staff was friendly. Very close to everything. Small, but clean rooms. Pool wasn't working for 3 days. This was the major reason we booked here as we had 2 small children with us. They were very upset. |

Fridge, iron, ironing board in room was nice. Location very convenient, close to College metro station. Exercise room and pool were nice. We stayed in 3 different rooms for this hotel. The first one, the remote didn't work so I went downstairs to exchange it. When I returned to the room, the door lock broke. So we moved. The 2nd room reeked of perfume, but I thought I would get used to it. I couldn't, so we moved again. The third room was fine. The staff was helpful. However, the elevators did not work properly (stopped at every floor, a loooooong ride when one is staying on the 22nd floor). The breakfast at the Windows restaurant was awful. Don't go there. Expensive and not good! Waffles undercooked, extremely greasy sausages, cold food, etc. The hallways were dingy and the rugs stained. The room furnishings were better. |
