The Garden District of downtown Toronto is home to this centrally located hotel, placed only moments from the Eaton Centre shopping plaza and offering spacious accommodations and modern on-site...

Centrally located between the CN Tower and the Air Canada Centre in downtown Toronto, the Delta Toronto features an indoor pool, hot tub and yoga studio. Free Wi-Fi access is included.
Score from 48 reviews Wonderful
Free Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. The enormous bed was great and very comfortable, room was quiet and fairly central, but a short (cheap) taxi ride is needed for the water front, CN tower and other main tourist attractions, or take the subway.
Room was a little small and the restaurant lacked ambience and wasn't good value, but that was OK as the concierge was very good and booked wonderful value restaurants with a real atmosphere for us nearby.
The location. the staff is very nice and alertness.
The lobby was freezing, maybe the furnace wasn't working, the room smell like is not ventilated, carpets seems to have dirt.
My daughter and I found it clean, comfortable and the convenience of car parking. A very enjoyable stay. Will return next time in Toronto.
The location was convenient, for our traveling.
The wi-fi, the small room, the shower head kept falling. The view was horrible After requesting for a city view!
Location excellent, clean and good staff. Rooms small but comfortable.
Price of parking very expensive.
At the time of booking I was charged the full amount. On checking out they told me I owed for 3 nights. I showed them my booking confirmation of payment but they assured me that I was only charged for one night. As I booked the hotel at short notice I didn't have time to check my bank account. So when I arrived home & checked my account they charged me for the 3 nights accommodation twice.
The hotel had everything we needed. I also liked the large souvenir shop downstairs. The people were very friendly and accommodated our needs to hang around in the lobby area and have our luggage held until our flight time.
The position of the twin beds left little room to place two suitcases. But this was a minor issue. Everything else was good.
great locaton very clean and comfortable
Staff was friendly and promoyt when having issues with something
Room 414 was cold and breezy.. Window didn't close all the way, called front desk and service man came closed it, however still quite a draft coming in through window.. Made for and uncomfortable might unless under blankets..
Great location in heart of Toronto
Room was cold, never above 73F. Internet was petty much disconnecting all of the time, sink was not working properly, water in shower was only warm not hot.
I truly enjoy staying here. The staff are pleasant and the rooms are kept clean. What I saw the difference with other places I went to is a staff member will see you in the elevator and always greet you with a hello , good morning and ect... This is something I never experienced anywhere else.
Can't find any reason :)
location is good， just 1 minute to the subway station.
The staff here is not nice and helpfull.
Location was great - right next to Yonge the main road through the centre of Toronto
We were allocated a room that happened to be right next to a large group of young Canadians that had come to Toronto for the weekend - they were very loud going out and coming in every night, slamming as many doors as possible, shouting, and playing music very loud - we are very understanding as we are a young couple ourselves but as we had a lot of travelling and sightseeing to do we wanted a good nights sleep before the days ahead - we asked to be moved but were told we couldn't with bo explanation, reception said they would ask security to ask them to be quiet but this did not work. After working in hotels myself on reception I always made every effort to place groups together on a floor or in an area and travelling couples or family's separate from these areas.
Staff was rude and Rooms were uncomfortably cold
the location was great. everything was around us.
I paid way too much for this hotel I was appalled by how much it cost for the service that me and my friends got. The staff were rude and the room sucked!
The room was larger and nicer than expected and the bathroom was great. Grateful for the free Wi-Fi. If I have to use a hotel again when I visit Toronto, I will most likely stay here again.
I was in a room next to a couple that seemed to be fighting and screaming all night. I didn't get a wink of sleep through the constant screaming until some hotel staff knocked on their door around 7am
The accessibility to the downtown core. Reasonable pricing. Excellent room.
Bad room placing, we were placed right beside the maid's closest hangout so we heard when their shift started and ended!
Location is excellent. Reliable, clean, good value. Small room but very well organized with king bed, chaise longue and large shower.
Blanket is too light. First time we stayed here we even phoned desk for a second blanket. Shower does not get hot enough.
I couldn't connect to wifi for most of the time. Sometimes I could hear people talking in other rooms or in the corridor at late night.
Tiny room, like sleeping in a closet. Expensive to park
Bed was comfortable
Location of the room.Window view was four brick walls.Constant droning from exhaust fan outside my window. Banging of doors every few minutes til six in the morning. Yelling and carrying on in the hall; til six in the morning.Don't know why hotels can't have soft close doors.
Very accommodating extremely helpfull
This is hard to answer because there was not anything we did not like
