Score from 999 reviews Good
Subway was right outside the door. Very convenient to anything we wanted to see.
hotel was clean , staff were friendly and helpfull.
that you had to punvh in the WIFI password everytime you entered the hotel. its a bit of a pain
Location is good very close to everything and there is a Starbucks in the hotel.
Staff was professional but not particularly friendly. The wifi is horrible basically don't expect to be able to get through. No complimentary water in the room which for a holiday inn is a deception. The hotel bar is expensive and the drinks are so so
I got the cheapest package for this hotel
Great location, jt was perfect for us. The parking was the cheapest around and the staff were great.
They pool area and fitness room were a bit of a disappointment. Also we had a lack of hot water I called the front desk and was offered amother room I declined hoping it was a fluke but the next morning same thing luke warm at best.
No hot water in the shower! My family had to shower in cold water.
location, free wifi
ventilation air flow in small room could be better.
They gave me great assistance, seriously, thanks for all.
Staff were nice.
Rooms are extremely small wifi didn't work the TV in are second room didn't work. And at 11:46am are neighbours were having a party in the room and smoking marihuana in the room so much that you could smell it in are room with are two young children they were kicked out but at 12:15am we were moved to another room because the smell was terrible.... Once we got to the second room are second room the TV did not work but we were so frustrated we didn't bother to say anything
The staff was friendly, hotel was nice enough to have a good time. Lobby was very nice, along with the rooms. Rooms were cleaned and enjoyable. Great location. Easy access to the more popular parts of the city. Easy walk to the ACC/CN Tower. Enjoyed for the most part, but I've stayed in nicer Holiday Inns.
Not happy with the breakfast. One of the reasons I made this reservation compared to others was because of the breakfast. Every other Holiday Inn I've stayed at has had a full buffet with many options of foods. At this location the breakfast quality was poor, 5 choices of food which were your bacon, sausage, eggs and home fries. Nothing compared to others I've been too where they've had eggs made to order, waffle makers, ect. Hall ways to rooms were quite small and poor looking.
location of hotel. That's it
wifi sucked. Never was able to connect Tv signal had major issues Room awfully small
The hotel was very modern looking in lobby as well as rooms. The blow dryer was fantastic and the pool was great...needed a hot tub inside though.
The were amazing and helpful, that is the only reason I stayed the first night there...
I was so disappointed in this Holiday Inn, not very clean, there was garbage under the bed, my daughter found an earring on the floor. The door had a Crack down the hole length of it and the room was so small we could hardly get in the doorway with our luggage.
Comfortable, clean and the air worked!
WiFi was very intermittent
Good location, has pool and WiFi, kids eat free. Cinema, subway and excellent loblaws supermarket steps away
Room was small
Clean and great staff
Unable to get ice, ice room would not open and we asked several times for ice with no luck.
Bed was comfy, free wifi, you can control the temperature in the room, Starbucks on the bottom floor was nice, bathroom was very nice
The room wasn't very big but wasn't a huge deal
very efficient, friendly and courteous.
Free Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. The enormous bed was great and very comfortable, room was quiet and fairly central, but a short (cheap) taxi ride is needed for the water front, CN tower and other main tourist attractions, or take the subway.
Room was a little small and the restaurant lacked ambience and wasn't good value, but that was OK as the concierge was very good and booked wonderful value restaurants with a real atmosphere for us nearby.
The location. the staff is very nice and alertness.
The lobby was freezing, maybe the furnace wasn't working, the room smell like is not ventilated, carpets seems to have dirt.
My daughter and I found it clean, comfortable and the convenience of car parking. A very enjoyable stay. Will return next time in Toronto.
The location was convenient, for our traveling.
The wi-fi, the small room, the shower head kept falling. The view was horrible After requesting for a city view!
Location excellent, clean and good staff. Rooms small but comfortable.
Price of parking very expensive.
At the time of booking I was charged the full amount. On checking out they told me I owed for 3 nights. I showed them my booking confirmation of payment but they assured me that I was only charged for one night. As I booked the hotel at short notice I didn't have time to check my bank account. So when I arrived home & checked my account they charged me for the 3 nights accommodation twice.
