立地的には、地下鉄駅も近くすごくいいと思います。

近くにお店やレストランがたくさんあって、便利。隣が大きなスーパーマーケットで遅くまで開いている。 地下鉄の駅からも近い。

ベッドメーキングをしてくれない日があり、フロントに依頼したが、1時間待っても来てくれず、もう一度依頼- し、やっと来てくれた。 夜中にボヤがあり、火災報知器が作動したが、その後の説明がきちんとされなかった。

スタッフの対応がとても良かった。

Reasonably priced for a Saturday night stay with 2 beds. It was clean. The room was small, but I only needed a place to sleep - it served that purpose well.

Clean and comfortable rooms.Great location.

Front desk should inform guests about how the elivator operate during check-in.

Location was good for transport and shopping. Easy check in. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Elevators were not working well do had to take stairs on a few occasions.

Just what you expect for not a high price in Toronto. Clean and relatively quiet. An OK breakfast as well. Very friendly staf!!

Little bit cramped space for 2 beds but do-able, could not expect more for the price (pre-season that is).

We got upgrade which was good . Breakfast was included & was excellent -very good choice -super food Location is good -subway is v short walk way as is city bus tour Note great food superstore -Loblaws- hidden in building next door

Lifts not working well-we were on 17th but they had a note about a strike listed Price is a on the high side to say it was good value

Location was great walking distance from all the sights. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very centrally located for visiting the downtown. Lovely pool and gym. Clean room and bathroom. Coffee machine with reg and decaf coffee. They could include tea.. Swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk area.

Only two of four elevators working, big inconvenience for the size of the hotel. The size of my room two double bed, extremely small room, no place to walk around comfortably around closet, fridge,TV and work area. No ceiling fan in bathroom except for a ventilation panel and very small bathroom. Didn't appreciate the dust accumulated on end table between beds on lamp and table enough I could make a finger mark. Pool area, sauna was not working.

the beds were very comfortable and clean. i liked the choice of pillows. the bathroom was modern and clean. the check in/out staff were very friendly. centrally located, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc.

it is a very nice looking hotel with friendly staff. the price is very good especially compared to other downtown hotels.

The rooms are very small, it was a squeeze to get between the bed and desk, mind you, the price was great so it's not really something I didn't like. What i do find and this is most hotels, is the lack of electrical outlets. I had to search for a plug to plug in the iron and had to unplug the clock in order to plug in my mobile device.

I asked for an upgrade and the desk clerk didn't seem to understand that I wanted a bigger/better room. He said ok and then just gave me the exact same room I had already booked. My son ended up sleeping on the floor as there was no room for a cot. Also, the parking was full so I had to park at a public lot which was quite a bit more expensive than the $25.00 the Holiday Inn promised...I Should have been reimbursed for the difference in cost as well as the inconvenience of shlepping our luggage to the hotel.

Great location with cinema next door showing independent films. Walk easily to subway or Eaton Centre. Friendly staff helped with inquires. We booked because it had a pool that we used each morning and that made our stay.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Will book this hotel on any return to Toronto.

The location is convenient to Ryerson and to shops, restaurants. Lots to do in the area. Free wifi. Staff were helpful

Not the cleanest, a little run down with small rooms. The pool was dirty and the work out room small, dirty with broken equipment. Would probably pay the bit more money and stay at the Delta Chelsea next time.

I liked that their was access to a pool. I liked that it was close to all amenities. I liked that the staff were very friendly and always making sure that we were going to be okay with our room and check out/ check in.

The room that I was in was very tiny for the price I paid, I would of expected a bigger room for the price.

This was not quite up to the usual quality of other Holiday Inns I've stayed in. My room was in need of decoration + the heating didn't work properly. Neither of the 2 bikes in the gym worked properly.

Central location - easy access to Metro and the trams,

Located very centrally, very close to the subway and walking distance to Dundas Square and various other sites

The aircon outside our hotel window was quite loud and annoying, The room was quite cramped and it was difficult to pack out our suitcases in the room

The lady at the front desk was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered at a hotel (and I stay at a hotel at least twice a month) she was unaccomodating and flat out rude. I will never come back and never recommend it to anyone else. Also, she put us in a wheelchair room which was the smallest room I have ever seen

Loud guests that they could not control. Got woken up at 4am Security was called guests should have been evicted. Instead got woken up at 6am. For the price just not worth it.
