I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is good value, clean and the staff are most accommodating. Location suits us also. Breakfast is a bonus |

Its definitely not luxery but it is clean and quiet - quite honestly the 50 ish per nite makes it good value. If it was at the 80 ish or up category, I likley would not stay there Not really - it is consistently clean - very good place for the price point |

The continental breakfast was very nice and convenient. The fridge did not work in my room, upgrade on the beds would definitely be something to consider. |

Close to the office and very inexpensive - without being sleazy, dirty or in a bad neighbourhood - good value for money The front desk sent another guest into the room. As the security lock on the door was broken - they walked right in |

Staff was awesome and very courteous, the location was perfect for my wife and I to access bus routes for easy travel all over Vancouver. It was very cozy and quiet, perfect for a couple of honeymooners like us. One of the most convenient things was it being so close to tons of nice restaurants. I recommend The Tipper right across the street for delicious food and great service as well. Had an awesome stay and will stay again soon! |

We had trouble each day with not being able to open our door with the key provided, often having to get it reset several times. Desk staff were not always very helpful with this. One day our room was not cleaned nor the beds made.We were not aware when booking that there was no elevator Having to lug up bags via stairs was not pleasant or easy. Continental breakfast was the same boring fare each day. |

Easy access to the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of towels and hot water. Need an elevator for heavy bags. Shouldnt have to pay more than the original rate if extending visit. |

Service personnel were friendly and when they were able; were helpful as well. For example when the front desk staff went to get us some towels there were none in the storage cupboard. We did not like the moldy odor on arrival, the poorly operating sink, the broken radio, the telephone line that didn't work and the quality of the housekeeping service. When towels were dirty and removed we did not receive fresh ones. |

The front desk was very prompt, courteous, room clean, quiet. The bathroom floor had been retiled, but not the shower. There was some old mildew that they had tried to bleach, didn't work. |

The breakfast was ok, just a pity it was served up in a small basement room with no windows. Although the hotel is located miles from the city centre we did manage to find a bus from downtown which stopped right outside - the journey time was about 20 mins. This is really a glorified motel and should be advertised as such. It's in a fairly unattractive location miles from the city centre. The room was tired and shabby and the bathroom in particular was worn and covered with mold. We also had to haul our heavy suitcases up and down 2 flights of stairs. |
