Starting with the staff and continuing with comfort, cleanliness of the hotel and the room, parking conveniently included / located and the cont. Breakfast very satisfactory. Excellent room cleaning ! In room fridge, coffee/tea maker with good quality coffee.Honestly everything exceeded our expectations and the price was so good comparing with other hotels! I've been visiting Vancouver 3 times before and the other 3 hotels very expensive situated on Robson or close in downtown were not even close as quality. Yes, if you want to spend most of your time on Robson you will choose a hotel close to that , but if you look for good quality, far from noise and saving money without compromising on expectations choose this hotel without hesitation. You will not be disapointed. I'm so greatful to all those people who made our stay a pleasant vacation. Thanks everybody there. Excellent management ! We will be back for sure and recomend with pleasure this hotel. And a little advise to all the people looking for a place to stay for a vacation: don't look just for how many stars has the hotel. It's so tricky sometimes! Like this little and probably not very well known hotel who is hiding inside a nice surprise and a little treasure. Try it and enjoy it ! I know we did ! There is nothing do not like about !!! Only if you are never satisfied , no matter the quality.

I was rather disappointed in the distance to the downtown area. The staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms nicely furnished. Good housekeeping and lovely gardens.

The breakfast was reasonable. It falsely claims to be in the downtown area. It is a good 20 minutes (on a good day) from the downtown hub of Vancouver. I beleive it should not be able to advertise this falsely.

Free Parking and close to the Skytrain which made it easy to get into downtown. In the morning when we were leaving they helped with my Van that needed to be jump started. They wouldnt take my visa debit and I had to get out $350 cash for cost and security deposit which was annoying.

Globally this Inn looks like a real hotel, there is any difference between hotel and this Days Inn. Rooms are very good, very clean, very comfortable and quite wide. The best thing is the breakfast, it was amazing. You have from 6:30 am to 9:30 Am for a big break fast (a buffet that offer quite enough for your hunger). The wifi speed is very fast and it doesn't asl any passworg, it's automatic. This hotel does not have a wide lounge where people can stay if they feel bored in room.

Pleasant, easy access to city, comfortable, quiet enough given city location, breakfast included, decor, pleasant desk staff. Sheets on bed were scratchy, perhaps make sure they have been washed before putting on bed, or get a higher thread count of sheet; Also bed loosely made, personal preference for tightly tucked sheets.

I liked the staff. Especially the guy on duty when I checked in. He, a musician, is a real asset to the place. The other staff that I dealt with during the following day was good too - but my interactions with them was not that much. The inner court is very lovely. The building is very old and I got the impression that it will likely have a date with the wrecking ball unless some investors decided to do a major rebuild by stripping the building to the frame (assuming that it would be worth salvaging). Of course, after that happens the resulting accommodation might be priced beyond my affordability. My impression of the condition of the building was based upon the fact that there are serious weak spots in the flooring. Outside of the door and near the door to the bathroom. I got the impression that this condition is likely common though out the building and there are likely other similar problems. But it is obviously an old building. Even though I did not notice it very much the indoors court is nice. The staff let me leave my car in the parking area for a few hours after I checked out Friday. Because of this I decided that I will be returning in the future. This was a no cost to the hotel act that resulted in my decision to return - even if I don't want to leave my car there for a few hours after I check out. My first choice for accommodation has been the Lonsdale Motel but the Days Inn works and cost less. The location is very good. The #19 bus between Metro Town and Stanley Park is a plus. There are many good things within walking or a short bus ride. I did not really dislike anything. It provided good accommodation at a comparable reasonable price. For people who can't drink milk it might be good if we could buy, or be given, sugar free soy milk for breakfast. I noticed that the pre-packaged oatmeal was full of sugar too. Should offer, for breakfast, sugar free items. If people want sugar they can add it. Sorry no complaints. I would like to suggest that you make a deal with Translink to sell day passes for one or two days. This would be a good service to offer. Even more so than Shoppers Drug Mart selling them. If Translink has bus and rapid transit route maps it would be good to have them available too.

Location for a family move in. On site parking. Old & Tired. Shower water either cold or scalding hot with instant change. A definite hazard. Breakfast is in the basement, no windows and no space. Cold coffee, stale buns. Another health hazard.

Tolerable cheap motel with good staff - thats it. Pros: good staff. Free and ample parking, continental breakfast, price. Cons: Experienced nuances include: thin walls, decivingly small room compared to photos, not convenient unless you have a car, unstable internet...

The room was clean and comfortable to stay at. The breakfast service was good. There was no elevator and it was a little hard to carry heavy baggage. The location was not good for the person without a car. There is skytrain station within the walking reach, but it takes more than 15 minutes by walking. The day I arrived was rainy and night time, so I had to take bus.

Location (few min from downtown and metropolis at metrotown with skytrain), employees where nice when I wanted to switch rooms, clean A bit noisy sometimes, room at the back of the hotel is recommended, first night I was in room 102 at the front of the building and I could hear cars all night, I am used to sleeping in noise but this was too much even for me. But they switched rooms right away after I complained!

Not too close to the city centre, but a bus stop close by can take you there in a few minutes. Close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, not fancy but sufficient. The room is nice and warm. I booked 1 night but end up staying for 5 days. Don't forget to add 12% on the room rate, Canadian taxes!

Everything is perfect: from great rooms, great breakfast, great staff to great location. You have a desk, fridge in the room and you can use the microwave in the lobby. The breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect: 10min from downtown by car or 15-20min by bus.
