being on the second floor and access to parking from our room.
Location was very central, the staff at front desk was very friendly and gave precise direction to get around.
Needed more tv / movie cable channels
Staff was Wonderful.
Internet keeps cutting out.

There's ghost in the room we booked in.
staff was very very unkindness
This place was about a 15 minute walk from all the places on the drive, 10 minutes from the Nanaimo Sky Train stop. There is a cute little courtyard on the inside, and our room was right off it. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the room was very clean. We didn't eat breakfast there (too jet-lagged), but there is an excellent restaurant across the street: The Tipper, which does breakfast until 5pm.
it was clean and linoleum floors.
Lots of stairs lots of stairs to the breakfast room so I could not have breakfast. I was put in the back which was ok because less stairs and only one step. Noon smoking room great, but right outside it was a bench for smokers. The floors had not been cleaned because I would walk on them with bear feet and then get into bed and the bed would be dirty from my feet.
Location, you could use the transit which is very convenient to the motel or you could cab it to the centre of the city for a nominal fee.
the only complaint I had was the bed, just a little too hard for me but that was an easy remedy I just bought a small foam pad and solved that problem, but someone else may like a hard bed to each his own.
Near to everything Free breakfast Open space good for summer.
Open space area is too cold during winter. Check out time should be 12nn or 1pm.
Location was good!
No bath, just a tiny shower stall, icky floor tile and 2 skimpy bath towels- yuck! The floor in the main room was laminate and was freezing even when we turned the heat on! Place felt like a dungeon! Maybe upper floor rooms are better I don't know but make sure you ask about where your room is located!
Budget wise but nice and peacefull place to stay
Wash room tiles un tidy but not a big deal
Room size and special amenities-fridge, microwave
Breakfast was rather plain
Free parking, free wi-fi, free breakfast, easy access to cheap public transport gets you Downtown in 25 minutes.
No bars within walking distance (that I found).
Too loud at night .
Good price, fairly close to downtown center.
Lots of steps & no elevator make loading/unloading problematic for those with orthopedic challenges. I only took advantage of the included continental breakfast once in my 6 days there due to the number of steps to and from the dining room. This was my choice, as some days I have more pain that way than others.
-Location - taking bus 19 you go to downtown and the Stanley Park -Continental breakfast - It's very quiet and confortable
Loved the beds and really quiet. Had a solid sleep and Staff very friendly and professional. We paid 64 plus tax and we're so appreciative for pricing as we are senior and travel between Vancouver & the island a lot. Ferry prices show no mercy so the Days Inn really saved our bacon. We love this hotel that is centrally located. We will definitely return! Impressed and relieved we found your hotel.
Breakfast could be more nutritious. But we were happy to at least have a coffee and some cereal.
Great for $55 a night I would not pay anymore better than I expected everything was clean flat screen TV Mc Donalds across the street Great Vietnamese Food 24hrs The Tipper across the street great restaurant
Stand Up Shower Very Loud
The room could have been a little cleaner...Seems that the cleaning staff should spend more time per room to do a better job.
Excellent value! And just across the street from the tipper restaurant, which is amazing.
Cozy bed, off street parking, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, blow dryer, decent free breakfast, McDonalds restaurant and (real) restaurants within walking distance, nice clean room, good noise levels
Not fancy but worth a try for one night in my opinion
Location on Kingsway, prostitute in nearby vicinity
I am mobility limited and with all the stairs, in the facility I was exhausted by the time I got to my room. Also, the free breakfast was too starchy, and somewhat stale.
