Clean rooms convenient, resonable

There was the sound of water running all night in my room, Restaurant didn't have a lot of variety.

Liked the staff, very courteous, pleasant, very helpful when I had car trouble, no problems with having to stay a few days extra, would recommend the Compass Inn to anyone.

The hotel was good, bnut not as good as the ads said.

When checking in, the clerk was very insistant that if anything was not to our liking, it would be fixed immediately. He repeated this several times during checking in. Upon getting to the room, the room was dimily lit due to wattage of the bulbs and one burnt out night table lamp. I informed the clerk next morning about the lamp and was told there were no maintenace staff on dury. I said to her that all that was needed was a lamp from another room. As the one was not working had a loose socket with a burnt out bulb. She was not able to help me!! For a hotel with this rating, your staf is not suited to manage and make the promises that they said. My impression from the day staff was that they could not help me!! Even Super 8 provides beter service!!

Convenient location, right next door to the train station. I came for the fireworks and had easy ride in and out of the city.

Swimmingpool is not very attractive: outdated and dark cellar room. I would not offer this to customers as an hotel ammenity.

Catering did a good job for my business presentations .

Traffic noise from room. Breakfast- cafe should be open earlier and service was very slow.
