Days Inn & Suites West Edmonton  

Room temperature was very resposive both heat and ac. Restaurant was excellent both for food quality and price. Close enough to west Edmonton mall which is a holiday all on its own.

not getting room cleaned until after 5.00pm? declined because i need ed anap at that time. Pool that totally reaked with chlorine. poor fitness room.

Very clean generally with very comfortable beds and pillows.I was travelling with an elderly parent and the staff were very helpful with providing a room close to the elevators. All staff we encountered were friendly.

Great hotel! Good food at conyacs grill, near West Edmonton Mall and room was very welcoming and clean

Room service trays were left sitting in hallway for too long.

Pool was clean, Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Asked the clerk to call a cab for me. He said I should use the wall phone to call myself which I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes for. After I got through, I saw him call a cab for a pretty woman. He was not busy at all and could have done the same for me.

I am a member of the ata and make routine trips to Edmonton for business. I was disappointed that the staff did not attempt to give me a logistic response when I asked why my regular discount had not been applied (I have gotten the discount routinely before). I still do not understand why my colleague was able to get the discount and I was not. This experience has jeopardized my confidence in "Days Inn" and I will consider booking at one of the other discount-friendly hotels nearby.

Pool area was not clean. Towel distribution and collection was not appealing.

Transit was close to hotel to go to mall, since the shuttle was not available

We booked on line , it did not have all amenties that it was suppose to have ! shuttle to mall was not availabe, even though it was offered to visitors on line. Also, the building rumbled and shook a few times a day,,,, not sure why!!!!

The rooms seem so up to date. I like that we can rent movies on the tv. The hotel staff And restaurant staff are always friendly and professional.

The light switches in the bathroom seemed dirty and the toilet wasn't clean under the rim.

Comfortable, quiet room. Well appointed. Close to shopping and the business area I needed to access.

Finding clothing articles from the previous guest brings in to question the cleanliness or attention to detail by the cleaning staff.

Nice suite. Good jacuzzi.

Room wasn't cleaned. Soap and towels weren't changed out. And only had one bath robe

Lights and remote control not working properly in our room. Prefer real glasses rather than the paper ones provided in the room.

It was clean & comfortable, staff were friendly and it's close to the mall. We also used the hot tub & pool which also were clean and quiet. We would stay again.

The food in the Bar and Grill was fantastic.....One of the best steaks I have ever been served. Would return to eat there even if not staying in the hotel. The hot tub and pool were wonderful and very pleased to find access to both was very early in the morning to late in the evening. There was no hallway noise and the rooms were very quiet.Over all I will more than likely book in here when in need of a hotel in the west end of Edmonton. Very,very happy with my stay at this location!Thank you!

the heater was noisy in the room/ we went to rent a movie and it didn't work/ the hot tub was full of foam/ there was mold in the pool room/ not enough towels in the pool room

We had an amazing spa suite for a wonderful price. Typically when we book hotels online the pictures look way better than the real thing. In this case we felt the pictures didn't do the room justice. It was beautiful!

The fire alarm kept going off during our stay but other than that there were no complaints.
