I didn't like the beds they're not comfy they need to change them
too noisy, did not have a good experience
Free Espresso at the reception Rooms Beds Staff
Hangersaround in the lobby Corridors/lobby condition, design Huge conditioner in the middle of great window view
Stuff at the reception very helpfull and nice.
No depaneur near the hotel
Free coffee 24 hours. I really appreciated this (as a jet-lagged traveller waking up long before breakfast time).
A bit noisy. Stairs were not easily accessible and elevators were crowed at peak times.
Very comfy bed
Very humid in the room and oldish
I liked that there was no carpet, it felt more clean. I would stay there again, it had a great location.
Bathroom could be more clean or upgraded.
Staff was friendly overall; size of the room was great
A/C unit was extremely noisy so found it difficult to sleep (even though I am a very good sleeper hardly ever disturbed by noise) and they never sent anyone to "fix it" as promised; adjoining doors even though locked did not feel very safe for a sole female travellers; reception area was always full of people who were clearly not hotel customers (not sure what was the deal with that); would expect much better for the price
Location Bus stop near by
Restricted smoking areas are not available
Great Hospitality, i have been to USA in a Five Staff Hotel and found Hotel Espresso maintain the same quality.
1. WiFi Signal were poor in room number 715 7th floor. 2. Visitor should have a choice to change their room booking decision, and Hotel Staff should have option to modify visitors subscribed package, or advise according to the visitor capacity and their choice.
Rooms were modern and clean ,bed confortable.
Lots of people hanging out in the lobby ..they were the same group of peope all week. Not sure what that was all about .
Rooms are clean and I like the idea of wood floors.
I had to go on-line to get a better rate after my initial discussion with the front desk.
Breakfest selection not great
Facilities are really run down and very dirty. Completely mislead on by the pictures on their website.
Surprisingly upscale rooms
The room had been renovated very nicely. Nice new bed, Faux-wood floor laminates, and flat-screen TV. Bathroom was not fancy, but relatively clean. Staff was relatively helpful.
Parking area was cramped and adjoining corridors were musty and decayed. Shower pressure was terrible. Restaurant and room service were not indicative of the 4 star rating. Overall, not horrible, but not exactly upscale.
Near of stores and only 20-25 min walking to McGuill University. Confortable bed and without carpet. Clean washroom The wifi service is good.
Expensive parking. Beside the Hotel the all day parking is $15 The pool and gym are in the basement and it is a ugly place.Very poor pool and gym. It need a hand of decoration. Room 640: the roof was full of spider webs.
Good mattress. View was so so from 7 th floor. Staff were ok.
Not very nice view. Staff were sarcastic. Not patient. Our room was dusty, the coffee tray was dirty and had dirty napkins. Second day they didn't give us coffee at all. Bathroom: time for an update. No shower pressure. Toilet also need an over haul.
floors in room could have been cleaner
For the price it was very bad experience. Lots of gangs & seems a dangerous place to stay at. Stuff we're unprofessional & they always say there's nothing they can do about it
The location was very close to everything and the hotel was very clean
The front desk staff, except for one young lady, were not very friendly.
