the service was great and very pretty and comfortable room.
we had to pay for the parking extra
Perfect location for downtown montreal. Affordable room. Easy to find.
The parking is way too expensive. An extra 20$ per night adds up fast. The room was alright, but the bathroom was gross. My husband refused to take a shower in there.
I love the modern rooms and the proximity to the bell centre
There was 2 parties going on, on our floor and they were in the hallways yelling at each other. Im expecting and my boyfriend did not feel safe walking by that room. We called front desk..security came up. They continued to party. I complained 2 times in person. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. We didn't fall asleep until after 2 am and all I got was an apology.
We stayed in hotel espresso for one night to see a montreal canadiens game. the location was basically beside the bell centre. the hotel staff were pretty friendly to us as we were english only speakers. checking in was a pretty fast experience.
To start, there was a bird flying around the main foyer while we were checking in. The smell of the room was the first thing to catch our attention. It was like the bed comforter hadn't been washed in months. We had troubles getting in and out of the parking garage nearly everytime we tried to enter or leave. Also, there was extra tax that was a little much. ($20)
Our room was large, clean and bed comfy. It was great and for the value the room was incredible
There were many "hangouts" in the lobby and out front. After a little research online it says that the lower floors are used as a go between for assistant living.
Worth the money, comfortable room
I saw a rat run across the floor in the bar, hotel staff took immediate action however
I liked the staff, always ready to help, the cleanliness. Tea/coffee at reception to keep warm. the general atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The internet and wi-fi worked excellently.
I have no reason to dislike anything. I will be ridiculous to complain. I always believe that there is always room for continuos improvement. No service can be absolutely perfect since we are human. Anybody can have a bad moment.
Great value buffet at the restaurant. Large room. Fantastic location for downtown Montreal.
Being with my boyfriend
Should be cheaper and the sound of the elevator was annoying
I like everthing in the hotel..
I did not like the price of the parking lot...
Parking should be included
Staff were Awesome! Beds were top notch & super comfortable, best sleep I had all trip. Location, Location, Location.. I got a great price for this location on Booking.com
Wi-Fi was not very good. My son kept getting bounced out on his Ipod & I couldn't even get on with my cell phone. Paying $25.00 to park at the Hotel, I'm glad I only had to pay that 1 night.. It's a standard practice, and all the hotel's in the immediate area had no parking or they had a high price fee to park as well, but the amount per night is too much in my opinion.
The rwason I picked the hotel was the fact there was bo carpet in rooms and the excellent price.
The big heater on the window that Is very very old fashion and noisy.
Les chambres spacieuses , le matelas très confortable. Loved the mattresses and pillows. Nice wood floors. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
location and the friendliness of the staff
the bathtub faucet was not working correctly and therefore very difficult to regulate temperature. The coffee and tea was poor quality. the staff did not seem to know there was lots of onstreet free parking.
Loud floors and maid Service Cleaning of rooms, not time to clean room
The room was spacious. It was nice to have parking directly attached. Within a block of good shipping and restaraunts.
The place is very run down. Not a nice place to look at from outside. Even though it is close to a good area, directly around it is big empty fields full of garbage. A lot of people always in the lobby; very sure they lived there. Noise was horrible. Woke up twice to screaming and singing down the halls. One lady wouldn't quiet down at 1:30 in the morning. I don't suggest going to this hotel.
Very hard to sleep, hallway noise
Extra large suite and bath with double whirlpool spa. Comfy bed, one wall of Windows with multiple blinds for customized viewing/lighting, customer service was excellent, ability to select buffet or menu dining was a nice touch. With very few exceptions felt genuinely welcomed and entirely looked after during my stay. Nearness to elevators and ice machine was not disruptive as walls and doors had good soundproofing. Immediate response by front desk to an issue with very satisfactory outcome was impressive.
One housekeeper did a slapdash job during stay, but all others I encountered were top notch. I returned to my room prior to checking out and found my door open and the entry blocked by the housekeeping cart with bed stripping, etc in progress.....my bags were already packed and waiting for me to collect them so perhaps a case of mistakenly assuming it would be acceptable to proceed as if I had already checked out.
I was up for a demi lovato concert at bell center and to shop and see biodome it was walking distance from food ,bell center, mall and more. Staff was great ,room was clean!
I wish I could of got a early checkin cause my flight was in early but they did hold my bags for me so I could go out exploring :)
very clean, modern room, very spacious
appearance of the hotel outside
twenty dollar early check in
It was in a great location and was very cheap which really helps when you're trying to spend money elsewhere.
The rooms were ok, nothing too special. I found that it wasn't entirely clean. I also found that the lobby was always filled with different people. It's not a place I would stay again however I didn't mind because it saved us money so that we could enjoy the tourism aspect of our stay. Also the restaurant wasn't too good so I would advise to stay way from that. Great location though!
Location, close to St. Catherine, and the Bell Centre. F p
Booked a king room and they placed us in a room with two doubles. We complained and they eventually upgraded us up to a suite. The bathtub in the suite was broken so it couldn't be used. A lot of weird people always hanging around in the hotel.
