This hotel was a night mare first the staff very bad second we found blood at the bed sheets which was a shock for us ,we ask them to change the bed sheets they say they have no one to do it and they have no extra bed sheets and the lady at the reception was very rude and didn't even say sorry the strange thing you have rated this hotel as very good and it is very bad kindly be more honest when you put hotels at your website I do use your website so often so please be careful not to lose good customers like me .

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable

Cleanliness of your room, the bath tub have bad smell. We had to complaint 3 days in a raw for not cleaning our room properly. 3 days in a raw the house keeper did not clean the coffee machine and did not put coffee and sugar.

The room was large, clean and mattresses were great. A/c was quiet and efficient. However, there was stray hairs in toilet and bathtub even though it looked like it had been cleaned. I just flushed and removed but it was gross to see. Staff was very helpful; allowed us to store some food in the office refrigerator since they have none to lend for room. I'd booked a king room, was travelilng with my daughter, and they switched us to a double queen room, which was really nice. There were some accounting errors. Overall, excellent value but will see how they handle accounting errors.

Need more staff for check out. When I got home, I realized that they'd put restaurant charge as pre-tax charge so was taxed twice plus on tip. Have emailed and waiting for response. Also, charged my bank twice (2 different amounts); again, waiting for response. Overall, excellent value but will see how they handle accounting errors. they don't list their email address on their website (fortunately it's on the bill).

The lady at the reception desk was very nice, polite and helpfull. The parking is convenient because I can fit my pick up truck.

When I arrived in my room, I noticed that the floor were not clean, spot everywhere. Most light were not working properly, even one lamp on the night stands had no bulb in it. The next morning, I started to make myself a pot of coffee and the coffee maker was broken. Since I was staying a second nigth, I wrote a list of what was'nt working in the room for the maid to see and ask for an extra pillows because the one that I had were tiny. When I got back from work, nothing had been fixed and no extra pillow like requested and the floor was still dirty. So I decided not to leave any tips for the chamber maid.

Staff was great; located on the "edge" of the downtown core; definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, tho. Our room was clean and remodelled but the furnture etc was old and worn. Think Motel 6 instead of the Hilton.

It's cheap and very easy to get around to the metro.

I did not like the fact that I did not get the king room I paid for, even if I checked in 2 hours later. You would think that the room would have been prepared by then. There was no apology. Also, the remote was not working for the TV.

I liked the location and the beds were very comfortable.

I did not like that the fire emergency information was missing from the back of the door while the hotel info binder said that we would find it there.

Food at the restaurant was of poor quality.

Location for the price was good. Room adequate. Staff adequate.

Shower didn't work but manager fixed it temp. Restaurant was not good for Bfast as no one waited on us.
