Location was convenient.

It is a tired building, sparse and worn out room decor.

Great for F1 - 5 minute walk from metro and the street party

It was great staying there , the staff are Super friendly , comfortable beds , clean and the best coffee. It is really close to the Metro and close to everything.

The noise of the other guests slamming their doors in the early hours and shouting to one another.

Close to metro, airport bus stop, and location of rental car.

There didn't seem to be much sound insulation at all! All night we were kept awake by people shouting and talking in the hallway and the doors to the rooms being slammed shut. Early in the morning I was even able to hear someone sneezing, from where I don't know! When we mentioned this to the person at the desk when we were checking out her only response was " well it is Gran Prix weekend." We were aware of that but that shouldn't mean that we have to hear every single thing outside our room.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Resturant food was horrible and service was really slow. There was only one waitress working the whole resturant.(we were eating late at around 9:00). The price for our room was good for the first night but our second night was expensive.

Pets - was up all night which sort of defeats the purpose of getting a room to sleep.

The food, breakfast was horrific, when I informed the staff, they did nothing. The hotel advertised a swimming pool but it was not open...overall poor value for money.

Beautiful renovated rooms, excellent television channels and free internet.

The restaurant was disgusting. The food was gross, we only tried to eat there once and quickly learned our lesson. We purchased a bottle of water from them and when we got back to our room realized that it was an opened bottle of water that they had refilled. We took it back and they gave us another new bottle of water and some crazy excuse about "looking into the matter, we don't know how that could have happened".

It was in a convenient location, withing walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Free espresso coffee at front desk and proximity to Ste Catherine Street and downtown shops.

Hallways were a bit dark & carpets could be replaced.

We were very impressed with the renovations at this hotel. The room was immaculate and trendy. The public areas were fresh and neat. Though this building is at least 30 years old, it looks and feels like a brand new construction. The location is just a 5 minute stroll to the hustle and bustle of Ste Cathrine's, but just far enough out of the fray to be a peaceful oasis.

The indoor parking, while convenient, secure and plentiful seemed a little steep in price. If you're there on the weekend and don't mind a little walk, scout for street parking

Room is fantastic - king-sized bed and big TV. Wifi connection is great. As well the location is great.

Parking was under the hotel so it was very accommodating.

We paid extra for king beds which we did not receive, we were still with 2 doubles in each room. We also paid for the parking when we booked the hotel but they charged us again once we got to the hotel.

The beds were hard. They gave us the wrong room. And the place was filled with an awful sci-fi convention.

We had a deal at 79.95$ for a night which is really rare for downtown montreal. The room was really clean (no carpets!) and the staff was friendly. Great value, good location.

The exterior of the building is not very appealing. The parking is expensive (22$)

Room wasn't cleaned when we arrived, wasn't cleaned well the next day, dirty towels were still in the bathtub, and housekeeping forgot to put tea and coffee and shampoo, room was in bad condition, walls were peeling and plugs were missing. 1St unsatisfactory stay at this hotel

Location was perfect to enjoy the city.

Some repairs had not been made to the hotel and left the bathroom looking unfinished. Also, parking rates were higher when we get there than when we booked because they supposedly "recently went up in price".
