Close to highways. There was problems from the first moment we checked into the hotel and it continued for our entire 4 day stay. The hotel is out dated and in need of serious upgrading. The staff made excuses for the problems but never resolved them and did not seem to care. The features they said they had were either not working or did not exist. It has to be the worst stay at a hotel in over 20 years. I would expect more from a brand name hotel, and staff that cared. At one point they were endangering the lives of guests and never did anything about it. You should not offer this hotel on your list of places to stay. It is not worth it at any cost. Don't go to this hotel!!!!

Cheap hotel was our first mistake. The hotel is good if you are looking for a bargain. (i.e sleeping in your hotel room only) Our hotel was on the 3rd floor. The room was fairly clean, we checked for bedbugs and found none. The window was cracked, no screen on the window that opened, and no locks on the window. The curtain did not close properly. 1 bar of soap is not enough for the bathroom, you have to use it between the sink and the bathtub. Towels were very small, would cover a child but not an adult. A good bargain if you are not spending any time in your room. Wouldn't use it for a longterm stay. Definitley would not go back. Spend the extra money and stay at a hotel where you are safe. The parking lot is very poorly lit. There was people there boosting a car, and asking us if we spoke Spanish. Not a safe environment. When we left our hotel in the morning, there was a homeless person leaving at the same time

We had to stay for a lay over. The staff were extremely friendly and very accomadating. Even after we checked out they went above and beyond. Watched our luggage and arranged a shuttle for us 3 hours earlier than we asked. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Prices very very reasonable. Being close to mall was bonus. Keep up the good work.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was easy to control temerpature wise. It had all the necessary items to make a stay comfortable. On Saturday night, after my daughter's wedding, I had to call the front desk four times to report a party in the next room. People were smoking pot at the back enterance to the hotel. People were arguing in the halls. The night staff and security were excellent, and vacated the people after the fourth call but we were not apologized to the next morning when checking out. We finally got to rest after 3 am and had to leave at 8 am. An apology would have been appreciated, in fact the front desk seemed surprised that the situation had occurred.

Very casual hotel. I have stated a few times with mixed experiences. Normally it's good and no problems. However I stated there last month, and about 2 hours after I checked in, a group of teenagers walked into my room. Apparently the front desk staff gave them the same room in error. The hotel gave me 15% off the room- which was not good enough. I called 4 times after my stay requesting a manager and my calls were never returned. Wallpaper is peeing off the walls.

The shuttle was very old and needs replacing, but the drivers were very nice. We arrived at the hotel after 4:00am very tired and there were no towels in the room. We had to call for them and then wait for what I considered a long time. Also in the morning I realized that there wasn't any soap in the room. There wasn't any plugs in the sink or the bathtub.

The price Phone didn't work properly, things were old and a bit dirty, no plug for the tub... Not the worst room in the world, but I'd trade a bit of money for a bit more luxury...

The building or at least the wing I stayed in Room #235, is old and worn out. The carpets are warn and stained in the halls as well as the room. Bathroom is old with caulking repairs over caulking around bathtub. Windows are old and decrepit. I won't stay there again. I am certainly glad I didn't bring my wife as she would have refused to stay there. Other Days Inns may be better. I don't know. Pieter Leenhouts P.Eng.

Its location was convenient for us. Breakfast was adequate (but no fruit or protein.) We felt that the hotel was in need of refurbishing. The carpets are so stained from years of use, I guess.

Close to subway and mall. Easy to get to from highways. Didn't have to use car to travel downtown. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast really sucked. Even the coffee was bad.
