The shuttle service was great! The restaurant closed at 9pm and due to our flight we did not arrive at the hotel till 8.30 we got to the restaurant 2 minutes past 9pm and they would not serve us even tho there were other customers still eating. |

The parking lot is in the back of the hotel and a far distance from the front part of hotel elevator. |

The hotel was nice and close to all of the activities we had planned...15 minutes from Canada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mills shopping centre and of course downtown Toronto where all the action is!!! The hotel felt a little outdated, the beds a little soft in our room and the table felt very unsteady as though it was ready to fall apart. |

Very Run down. The room was obviously extended at some point and it shows in the ceiling and walls. Poor location with limited access to shopping and food. Hotel food offerings for children were almost non-existent. Staff for hotel transfer to and from the airport were rude. Transfer Van had almost no working seat belts. |

Close to shops and restaurants; close to freeways and major thoroughfares. Facility in poor condition/unkempt; staff seem to think that serving customers is a necessary evil; poor maintenance inside and outside of building. |

Desk Staff were excellent in helping us. It was a happy relief not to have to pay through the nose for parking. I thought the cleaning could have been a little bit more thorough but given the difficulties in cleaning old carpet etc. in a very short time, they did a good job on the essentials. The discoloration (was it mold?) on the water control in the bath was not pleasing. The breakfast menu lacked whole wheat alternatives and fruit choices. |

We weren't there long but the hotel was really well maintained, clean, and the pool was nice. destination marketing fee was charged for asking directions |

Value for money. For the price that we paid, we had an overall good stay. Room was comfortable and clean, saved me some cash with the Wonderland package. Staffs were all great ! Not enough towels in the pool. |

Restaurant was not opened for supper. Parking was not free. The web site said iron, ironing board, hair dryer was in the room. We had to ask for those items. |

My room had a common door with the next door suite, so I heard them all the time.The room was not quiet enough to get a good rest,I couldn't sleep well because I heard them talking and I heard their TV. It was really bad and unacceptable; you go to a hotel to sleep well but you hear your next door noises all the night! Hotel rooms must be isolated, If I had time I would make an official complaint. |

Eventuell nur etwas für Leute, die zum/vom Flughafen kommen Nicht die beste Gegend in der das Hotel liegt. Weg in die Stadt mit Bus/U-Bahn hat ca. 45 Minuten gedauert. |
