The shuttle service was a nice touch, once you rang they were there in no time. The hotels staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was ever a problem.
The way some staffs related
went down town shopped ate and went for walks ..people very kind and helpful cleaning staff very nice and you felt like you were at home very nice place to stay
Staff Room Overall condition
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and for what we paid it was excellent value.
It's location in relation to Downsview Park was ok. That's all I was considering when booking.
The cost would have been a fair price for a 4 star hotel or even motel for that matter but I don't feel I got a bargain for the type of hotel it is. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep, then you have a bed at least. In terms of cleanliness, it was definitely lacking some.
Price - we got what we paid for. Just needed a place to sleep.
Stayed twice in two weeks - Bathrooms in both rooms were dirty (tile grout stained black). Shower head was out of the wall in one room. Both rooms had lights that did not work. Ripped blankets on the beds.
A c that was barley there
Actually stop work for ten hours at time BOO
Staff was great. Courteous, quick to address needs and very friendly.
The only thing I liked was bed that was comfortable.
We got room that smelled from smoking. The other room we got was better but with bad smelling as well. Wifi didnt work in the room only in lobby. During the night we heard noisy people from the next room. The location of the hotel didnt look safe.
location near public transportation, church & shopping
not very clean, no ice machines
main lobby was very nice restaurant for breakfast was great staff in restaurant was great
parking no ice machines working had view of roof top very ugly hot tub not working
The hotel is old and tired and not very clean. OK for an overnight stay but would not recommend it or use it again unless faced with the same set if circumstances.
Nothing. Run by Indians from India a ghetto hotel
Was able to get a room on short notice.
Contenetal breakfast was very poor. Whirlpool was not working.
This hotel is located near all the major access arteries in Toronto. I have stayed here many times when visiting. Used to be a Days Inn. It's not a five star hotel but is excellent value for the room rate. They even make great fresh pizza in the restaurant.
The staff were incredible! Despite "hiccups" with reservation and check-out issues, each person we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and engaging. The breakfast/dining area was clean and bright, and the food options were good. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver friendly. Absolutely no complaints with respect to the staff!
Apart from the lobby and breakfast area, the hotel was very old and tired. There were no chairs in the pool area nor towels, and when we asked from some (for 6 people), only 4 were available and they were stained. The rooms were dated and cleanliness was questionable, especially in the bathroom where mold appeared to be in the overflow opening of the sink. The sheets were thin and the blankets all had tears in them. We had two rooms and both were in similar condition. The TVs were still the old crt models. There were no safes, small fridges or microwave ovens. We paid almost $100 for each room - supposedly at a discounted price - which was definitely far too much for this type of accommodation in such poor condition and far-from-desirable location. Comparing this hotel to "others in the same star rating" is grossly exaggerating its appeal and value. We would definitely not stay here again.
Lobby ans pool
Sauna and spa did not work breakfest horrible hôtel is not clean
The rooms were dated, but were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was okay-the dining room staff member was very hard working and friendly.
Hotel is dated and old. Poor signage and it was not in a nice area of town.
The rate, room & breakfast were good. The location is excellent.
The toiletries were lacking: no toothbrush & no toothpaste supply; good we brought ours. The pool was cold when it should be warm. The Jacuzzi was just a bit warm when it should be a bit hot. The food postings inside the Elevator should be removed. It makes the elevator wall look dirty. The breakfast would have been very good, until the Caucasian lady kept coming back for the payment, while we were still eating. We felt like we were being rushed during breakfast. She thought we would ran & won't pay for the American breakfast. What a bummer. Laugh out Loud.
The staff was helpful, rooms were comfortable. The price was excellent.
The location was scary. Would not walk out at night.
The personal not good employer rafit no good people.terrible person him work lobby
The main Lobby is very beautiful, staff was very helpful and the price is very affordable.
Stayed there three nights, I understand the price is low but the carpets could use a good cleaning and my kids got a rash from the pool, If I go back to Toronto alone I might stay there.
Good rates, especially for park and stay.
Room maintenance was not the best -- Room has lots of stains in carpet, gouge in wall. Looked like it hasn't been well maintained.
I like the location because the club I went to is close. The beds are comfortable. The price is good.
The staff has a bad attitude and can't be bothered to help their guests. Beer bottles and cigarette butts left outside patio door. Window was a mess (dirty). Wifi wouldn't connect at all.
