Upon entering the facility we were greeted, every time we came back we were acknowledged by our last name. Requested some items and they came quickly. We booked the king suite.

We thought that there might be a nice tub in our room with a view, a little disappointed that it was an older tub in the bathroom.

The parking was a little tight. It's fine if you have a car or SUV. We had a big truck and that made it a little tough. Other than that I think that would be my only complaint.

location...downtown small town.

We had a nice big room, and on the ground floor which was convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful and very multinational! Breakfast in the restaurant had a good choice of buffet or a la carte items. There was ample parking undercover as well. Hotel is maybe a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Banff, so if you like to be in the thick of the action this might not be the place for you, but it was definitely quiet at night.

I found the laundry service quite expensive

- Nothing really, everything was over priced, and we didn't get our monies worth

- No breakfast included -fitness room was a joke, our bathroom was bigger than the fitness facility. - we ended up with two beds? only needed one. -couldn't get food after 1030pm - room service stops at 10???

All the staff were fantastic, the room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Restaurant menu was very limited and pricey. It could have had a few more items to choose from with some lower-mid range prices.

Hotel staff excellent, location very good, central enough to walk without being stuck int he middle of everything, excellent food, rooms and amenties.

Location, room was great, staff, restaurant. Pool - hot tub was good.

Weight room - smallest I've ever seen! Not very clean either. Multi gym equipment in need of repair and what's with the crappy dumbell free weights?- They're unuseable... Steam room was hit and miss - couldn't get a decent amount of steam!

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast Buffet did not have a great selection and had items out to long.

We found the staff to be excellent. The girl at the front desk was very helpful (think her name is Krista). Breakfast was very good. Room were comfortable - beds were amazing

Facilities Pool Accessibility

The crew at the front desk always used my name. They were helpful and did an exceptional job. The concierge was receptive and helpful. Our housekeeper did a great job! Great location. The lotion and hair care products are exceptional!

....please check out the fitness room. The free weight"s" damaged. One of the pull ring handles was cracked. It could be a hazard.

Great environment and amazing customer service.

They were doing renovation work in the afternoon and it was not mentioned on the booking website. It was not such a big deal but not ideal if you need an afternoon nap after skiing.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were most helpful, the Restuarant offered great food at realistic prices, the hotel was convenient to bus stop and far enough away from the business area. Enjoyed having the fire palce in the room. Loved Banff!!
