The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready when we got there, as we arrived early but they were very attentive to us in getting it ready and checking each time I came back to the desk to ask. The bellhop was not a very happy person!

The staff was friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely delicious! We were not told there was a charge for parking - we were led to believe that it was included - so we were a little dismayed to see the extra charge on our bill at check out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Had the "King Premiere" room...it was very small, the bathroom was even smaller. One robe hanging in the closet, thought the reservation was for two. Very noisy...could hear everything in the hotel...people talking, etc Went to the lounge in the evening, had to stand to drink our overpriced drinks, as there was no room to sit.

The function we were attending was on the next block - walimng distance. Parking was free on the weekend too! The elvator took too long

Great Room service & very helpful staff. Hot tub and waterslide ("biggest waterslide in New Brunswick" is advertised) were out of service that weekend :(

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quite nice. Both website and hotel staff failed to mention that the hot tub was closed for renovations .. one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Couldn't connect to the internet the morning of our departure (well before check out time)

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Our first night was new years eve and we we're looking for a quiet, romantic environment. Because we we're young looking, they situated us close to other younger people which we're definitely not there to be quiet. Parties we're held inside the rooms and they we're very loud for very late.

The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered - and I can tell if being pleasant is difficult for a staff member. The room was very economical and well appointed . The bed was very comfortable , affording a great sleep. Room service was prompt and genuinely friendly. I am very, very satisfied with your hotel . I did not dislike anything

Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds and (pillows) were fabulous. Very clean. I didn't stay long,.. Wish I could have. I'd like to bring my husband and 3 children next time. I'll definately be back!! Thanks,
