Covenient location downtown.

Old and dated and $200 per night is a little pricey compared to other hotels I stay at in Canada and the US.

I did use the spa at the hotel and it was wonderful. I found the restrarunt prices a little high. Overall, I would return. Karen Cashman US

We wanted a later check out time, as my husband had late meetings. But you couldnt accommadate us. But, as it turned out his meetings ran even longer, so we needed another nite stay, which you were able to supply. ?

It's a grand old hotel that has been well maintained. The staff are very friendly. It's a nice place to hang out.

Loved the location and ease of travel to downtown Saskatoon. The view from the hotel was lovely. The pool and wet sauna were lovely. Good weight room and the machines were clean and up to date. Thanks for the choice of Globe and Mail or Star Phoenix in the am.

Elevators weren't fully functional. Carpet in room was dirty. Wake up calls were only 50% of the time. Very unreliable wake up call. The whirlpool/hot tub was a little dirty. Not enough locker space for hotel patrons vs. The prolife athletic club patrons. I couldn't get a to-go cup for coffee so the restaurant was of little use in the morning before going to business meetings. The windows in the rooms were very leaky and lots of cold air came in. The insulation from the outdoor sounds was horrible with the construction right outside the window, it was hard to relax during the day with the constant beeping from backing up trucks.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated beautifully. The view was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The bathroom was well laid out and the complimentary soaps and shampoos were very good. We received a complimentary paper each morning. Parking was validated until 6:00 pm of the day we checked out.

I was not told about a large deposit required when paying cash. The room was not as advertised - it was a double bed instead of a queen. The Room was very small. Only one elevator worked at any given time. The staff complained that people who booked online often did not get the room they expected. We had to pay an extra $12.60 per day for parking.

A little on the pricey side. OK for a special occasion, but not on a regular basis.

Our train schedule was delayed and we were forced to stay an additional night. The front desk sent us a complimentary cheese & fruit dish to our room. Thank you!

The Hotel is a vintage property completed in 1931 and opened in 1935. There is a certain charm about the facility that takes you back in time. I had a wonderful dining experience and felt totally relaxed. This was a bit of a test of Booking .com as I have two other pending reservations overseas and wanted to test the water to see if Booking.com worked. It did. Thank you.
