Hotel and staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and updated. Reservation was handled very well and we were not left wondering whether our booking had been received or not. Very smooth check-in and check out. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay, however as I have some allergies and have always stayed here in the past without issues, I found the soap and bathe supplies to be bothersome to my condition due to the scent.

We like the older architecture of the hotel and the view of the river. the beds are very comfortable. We checked into the hotel and when we got up in the morning, my husband noticed it took quite a lot of time to get hot water for the shower. I showered first and then by the time it was his turn to shower the water sputtered out of the spout and then by the time he was ready to rinse the conditioner out of his hair there was absolutely no water. We complained at the front desk at the time of check out and they explained the hotel is under renovations, but did absolutely nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. The Bessborough will not be our first choice for hotels in the future.

We wanted a later check out time, as my husband had late meetings. But you couldnt accommadate us. But, as it turned out his meetings ran even longer, so we needed another nite stay, which you were able to supply. ?

The location alone the river , the archecture of the hotel, last of its kind The condition of the rooms and the condition of the lobby carpets etc were very poor , I am glad that it is being renovated and we will stay again to see the improvements I would recommend the hotel only after the construction and improvements

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated beautifully. The view was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The bathroom was well laid out and the complimentary soaps and shampoos were very good. We received a complimentary paper each morning. Parking was validated until 6:00 pm of the day we checked out. I was not told about a large deposit required when paying cash. The room was not as advertised - it was a double bed instead of a queen. The Room was very small. Only one elevator worked at any given time. The staff complained that people who booked online often did not get the room they expected. We had to pay an extra $12.60 per day for parking.

It was like going back to the thirties in time. A grand old hotel with beautiful views of the river and the gardens. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I would visit the Bessborough again. Our room was drafty and cold. I talked to the cleaning staff and they were good, they brought us fans right away which helped greatly. Other than this our stay was great and the staff were very professional.

The location is excellent along the river in downtown Saskatoon. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Some of the facilities were showing their age. The elevators were too slow. The a/c in our room did not work adequately.

I have stayed at the Bessborough before and have always been extremely pleased. On this stay, I required an early check-in. When I arrived, my room was ready. The restaurant staff are extremely attentive and friendly. It's just a comfortable place to stay.

The Hotel is a vintage property completed in 1931 and opened in 1935. There is a certain charm about the facility that takes you back in time. I had a wonderful dining experience and felt totally relaxed. This was a bit of a test of Booking .com as I have two other pending reservations overseas and wanted to test the water to see if Booking.com worked. It did. Thank you.
