I liked the staff very much, and the food at Elements (when it was open!) was excellent, and I was impressed by their committment to support local agriculture. Yes. The location was difficult, and the amenities were not suited for a regular traveller...I would say business only. There are few restaurants in the vicinity that are mid-priced and everything within the hotel shuts down very early. Also, the "extra" charges were pretty ridiculous. $1. |

I enjoyed the friendlyness and the great customer service I received. The front desk people were courteous and friendly. I was especially impressed with your people at the door. They took care of our luggage, got me a taxi, loaded my luggage and when I needed directions they were very helpful. The only complaint (and it's not really a complaint) is the timing of the remodling of the dining area so I couldn't have dinner in the restaurant. I know you have to do it sometime, just infortunate timing of my stay. |

Proximity to my work location is reasonable and comfort of room. Price of room, plus got charged for parking and parking space is very tight. |

The meal I ordered in the restarunt was excellent. No Airport shuttle service and using taxies adds $75 to the cost of the stay. |

Good location and price, and I enjoyed the food at the Bistro, both breakfast and dinner. |

Hotel had no water and I was moved to the Westin. Then on my second week the hotel did not have hot water in the morning. With the very high price of this hotel it is really sub par |

The staff were friendly enough, if not very knowledgeable. Room service food was horrible and over-priced. We were very unhappy with it. |
