Comfortable room. Great concierge!
Older hotel. Rooms seemed a bit dated.
Location location! Very clean average rooms.
The lounge staff weren't very friendly desk staff didn't ask questions seemed rushed to get us out of the way even though e checked in late and there was no line up. We were told it was 19 dollars total for parking but it was 19 per day. Parking should really be advertised as an extra expense or included.
Shower wasn't particularly nice. It was old and low.
Everything is ok
Everything was very nice and staff were very friendly
No complimentary breakfast
I was there for a workshop weekend. And the gent Hubert (I think his name was) was SO amazing! He whistled while he was cleaning up and was so cute to see around. They made us cookies with glasses on them which was super cool.
I wasn't impressed however that the room wasn't able to be charged to the credit card my boss booked the room with. She was told when she booked it for me that her card could be used. When I checked in however I was told this wasn't the case. I was also told there is a $19 +GST PER NIGHT for parking.... this blew me away! That was not expected at all.
The people in this hotel
I didn't have a problem with anything.
Unexpected parking charges
We stayed in a King Room and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. It was very quiet even though the hotel was full. The room was clean and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. Location is excellent and close to everything downtown.
Accessibility for someone in a wheelchair. Had to park blocks away on street after midnight because parkade was full, including vehicles parked in accessible spots with no permits.
Location is excellent and staff are very accommodating
The beds are phenomenal!! The pillows were incredibly comfy and the view was excellent!
Location, parking, staff, bed.
Check-in was very slow this time, a long line-up of cranky people. Also this time there was no consistency of hot water for a shower :(
great room with good service，very close to downtown Calgary， love it！
Not enought parking on the building and have to park across the building at the Telus
Good hotel in downtown Calgary, great pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Nice restaurant and great staff. Overall very good value for money.
Friendly, eager to please staff. During the cold months, it's a real bonus to be connected to the + 15 heated walkways that allow you to navigate through downtown without venturing outside!
Traffic noise at this busy location can be a problem. You should consider your room location when booking.
room very comfortable king bed very comfy Staff very helpful
Pool-after 9:30 still had kids playing around. costly underground parking. only had one glass in the bathroom.
The beds were comfy and it was in a good location for our trip to Calgary.
short trip to saddledome
Paying for parking at hotel, should be included in price if you are staying there
The location was excellent, especially for attending an event at the Jack Singer Concert hall.
It would have been nice to have two comfy chairs in the room - not just one chair and one desk chair.
Dont get deluxe upgrade. Room has very little difference and buffet breakfast is nowhere worth $25
Bed was a little firm, no pillow top
