Accessible central location, good parking, friendly staff, good-sized room.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and although the restaurant was a little pricey, the food was well worth it. I enjoyed my stay and will do so again.

There was no parking available, not even valet parking, everything was full so the only oprtion they gave us was to park in the public parking across the road, which they did not cover and due to the hours, we had to get up and down to our vehicle at 6am every morning to renew the pass.

All of the hotel staff was amazing! I give it 5 stars for the service and respect I received. Everyone was accepting of me being gay and I received the royal treatment and was upgraded to the top floor with a city view. Housekeeping was amazing! I got extra towels and products that I asked for in a timely manor. Valet was on the ball with parking and getting my car! Two thumbs up and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in Calagry! The people at starbucks in the hotel were amazing as well! I even extended my stay because of the location and staff! Thank you all so very much for a great experience! =~}

They should have adult time only for the pool and hot tub without children otherwise nothing bad to say at all! Great job to the entire staff!

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded to a spacious suite.

Everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good and especially the bed and bathroom were great.

When booking I thought that breakfast was included which made an unexpected surprise. The only negative thing that comes to mind.

Excellent on site lounge - friendly, good service, great food. Great to have on site Starbucks. Room service was prompt, friendly and fresh and hot. Nice to have underground parking. Good location - easy access to shopping and river eLk. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good proximity to the Saffledome. Staff was accomodating with requests - late check out, luggage storage , concierge services. Would definitely use this property again.

The parkade needs some upgrading, the room service prices are a little high. I could go to Toronto area and get better prices on room service items

The location and our room was terrific for a weekend in the city.

The fact that wireless Internet access and parking were both an additional fee and not inclusive in the cost of being a guest I thought rather inconvenient and disappointing.

The politeness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding

For the downtown ,your rooms,service and price are very good conpared to other d.t. hotels.
