The hotel is clearly very convenient to the airport if one has an early departure. The bed was comfortable. The room, especially the bathroom, is very small. The entrancearea is cramped and cluttered. |

The staff were all excellent and the facilities are quite good (fitness,pool), Can't beat the location for a stopover. I get really annoyed when I pay $200+ for a room and then you want to charge another $12 for Internet when I want to get on and check my emails. I know what it caosts to wire a hotel or set up a wireless network and even a $40 a night motel can (and usually do ) provide free internet. For this reason alone i would probably look elsewhere on another stay. |

The room was very nice, and had everything that I needed. The bed was incredibly comfy, loved the duvet. Having the gym open round the clock was an added bonus. I will use this hotel again. |

Staff friendly, close to airport, Did not get 2 beds as requested got a horribly uncomfortable sofa sleeper small and unable to sleep on it Room smelled like diesel fumes so had asthma attacks all night,,,,,very noisy ......ceiling over shower appears to be ready to fall in....Not a good value for the money,,have stayed in hotels very much less expensive and much much finer ...... |

The heat in the room controlled by preset thermostat was fine though it would have benefited had i known that i had to set the fan speed to obtain heat. |

I booked online and when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation. We had to spell our name 3 or 4 times and finally a more senior person stepped in and found our reservation. It was booked for the incorrect night. Luckily they had a room and everything was great after that. |

I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. This was a real plus as I attended a course and had a lot of extra bags to move around. |
