it, was cheaper booking it online, than booking it at the hotel itself, the staff didnt seem to know this, which made it confusing for all... |

I like the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of the major attractions in the city. The bathroom does not have any handle or hanger to hang towels. |

We booked at Delta for the proximity to the rail station and because there was a special offer room rate. The price of drinks at the bar was outrageous and the mark up on the wine in the restuarant is unjustifiable. |

Claude at the reception desk was extremely helpful during our stay. I wish every hotel had people like him on staff. |

Close to old Montreal and to downtown Montreal It was extremely noisy during the night because of the elevator. I am not sensitive to noises at all but this was way too much. The furniture is very old and outdated . Compared to any hotels in Europe I would rate this as a 2 star hotel. |

Hotel parking too far away. Street parking preferred. Room not ready until 4:30 pm. Had to wait until it was cleaned, In the meantime, they gave us free drink chit for each person (3), but the bar was a bit scuzzy and out of date. Problem with billing - overcharged by over $350 and big hassle to fix. |

Location almost across from the railway station and close to old Montreal, not far from the Conference center (Palais De Congres) Furniture is a bit dated for a hotel of this price |

Location to McGill University! We travel alot with our work...we will not stay here again! No internet in the signature lounge or more expensive rooms!!! I am a photographer and it is unacceptable to go to the lobby for the only internet connection...stay at the other delta(montreal)-internet worked fine!!!!! Everywhere!!! |

The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an excellent view on to the city. We only stayed one night, however, experience no problems. The staff were very helpful in directing us to the main part of town. |

The fact that there was not a cot available, so we were given an adjoining room at no extra charge. |

I liked its proximity to both old and new Montreal. The hotel also appeared modern from the outside. The parking in the hotel is far too expensive ($22 plus taxes). The desk lamp and electrical outlet didn't work. When I asked if the hotel breakfast was included (or if we get a discount on it because we were guests at the hotel) the front desk person declared, "We do not have discounts!" Apologies, if you find my innocent question to be... how you say... gauche. |
