Staff on front desk was extremely rude. Hotel lobby appeared old and not well cared for. Carpet in main lobby was rolled up in one place and dirty all over Rooms were dated and needed updates

Pool is out of order, windows not clean from inside and outside,also that anyone could walk up the hallway between rooms without a security card or special access.

I liked the location and the comfort of the room. I would be happy to return.

Restaurant prices. There should be coupons or something to entice the visitor to try the restaurant. Too expensive for me. Also, my shower wasn't properly scrubbed down before I checked in. I noticed someone else's long hair (mine is short) stuck on the shower walls.

The service was excellent and the room was better than expected.

Very small pool area for such a large hotel. No hot tub.

The service in the restaurant down in the main lobby was not very welcoming. We were with are 12yr old and the server was very mean. So we did not order we left

No sign posted in saunas prohibiting people from sitting naked. My grandson had a bad experience night of 19 March 2013 with a naked man in his sauna. I, his grandmother, was in the women's and everyone had their bathing suits on.

Pool was very small and cold. When I got to hotel my reservation had changed and I got a different room than what booked and my friend had to sleep on a cot which was not very comfortable.

Proximity to Train Station, five minute walk to Hotel. Downtown location close to main shoppng area and entrances to "underground city, Place Ville Marie etc.

Same high-priced menu in the bar as in Antoine's quite expensive restaurant. No coffee-shop for snacks and small bites.

There were parties of lould teenagers in what I thought was a business hotel for conference being held there. Room was not very clean, and could here people in next room

Staff was extrmely professional and helpful to all of our needs. Would definetly stay again. Because of the gym, pool and helpful staff for us being in Montreal for the first time. Restaurant was a little pricey for a family. But waiters were very nice and made great suggestions to accomodate us.

Room across from us were very loud and rude and went overboard. Kept my young son awake until after 4 am. I understand young people in a hotel wanting to party, maybe keep them seperate when possible. They plyed lound music from 7 pm till 4 am. However when we spoke to staff they were very understnding and did their best to accomodate us.

Parking underground was a bit of a headache due to how busy it was but we found a spot eventually. Parking fees should be included in room price. If you're looking to buy beer or wine, there aren't many stores nearby without walking a bit to find them.

No hot water on several occasions, showers dated and slow.

I found the staff very rude. We were told when booking with Booking.com that our reservation included a continental breakfast which it did not and that staff would not honour what we were told.

The staff were very helpful. There was a just a short walk to the Metro, which was faster and inexpenseive compared other transportation around the city. The elevators were quick despite the amount of floors, never had to wait long for one. Our room was quiet ... ahhh restful sleep!

There was a raw sewage smell that kept wafting through the restaurant... that was not very pleasant.

Delta Centre Ville is misleading, the other delta on Kennedy reflects Centre VIlle. It requires a name change Booking.com is highway robery. They advertised 89$ a night but in fact charged muck more the following nights (up to 169$...) without detailing price per night I watched 2 movies for which I was charged 4$ per movie. I clicked by error a package. the staff show not understanding of my error... Some empty bottles were left on my floor during 3 days in front of an other room without anybody picking them up... I come regularly to old Montreal for business but was disapointed by my experience at Delta CEntre Ville

Fire alarm went off our first night and you could barely hear it in the rooms. Hallways only. Not good for sound sleepers :)

Stayed here on the weekend and had an amazing time. the hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. my boyfriend proposed to me at the hotel on the 30th floor lounge overlooking the whole city. the staff send us a bottle of wine to our room.
