The night manager was exceptional in regards to helping us with additonal blankets and pillows in the middle of the night. He tried his best to upgrade our room, or to find us a cot - although he was unable to, we were still extremely pleased with what he could do for us. |

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I really liked the atmosphere in the hotel - there was always a great buzz of activity. The decor was a little dated. |

It was a very convenient location to the Canon Theatre where we were seeing a play. Staff were friendly and helped me pick a suitable restaurant to meet friends before the play. thank you the room - 731 was very tight and there was not much room to walk around! |

I liked that there were activities for the kids to take part in and a work out area for us the parents. Having an option to eat in or go out was nice also. Breakfast had a good selection although it was pricey. |

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. Very central located and close to shopping. Our room was on the quiet side of the hotel in a very busy area of Toronto. We did not stay much in the hotel as we were going to a Green Day Concert and did some shopping while in the city. I would have liked to use the pool and waterslide if we stayed longer. Down below I clicked no on the accuracy on reviews. I found most reviews for the downtown Toronto hotels to not be highly recommended however there were more good ones for this hotel. I find most people to be too picky. Therefore my answer if there was one a yes/no. I think for the amount of money we paid for the hotel, we could have enjoyed free high speed internet service. I found that most hotels in Toronto you would have to spend a fee to use highspeed. We did not take our laptop for this reason. |

Helpful and courteous staff. Clean with a nice balcony. Room service was done with a flare. I found the bathroom in the tub area slightly moldy. Wished there was a small fridge for my leftover pizza. I also believe with the price that is paid for your facilities it would be nice to have the parking fee included. |

We stayed at the DC with our granddaughter. We especially liked the emphasis given to families - kids' menu, gift at registration, family swimming pool facilities. My husband and I havae stayed previously when going to the theater and, with few exceptions, have always had a good experience. This was our first visit in 2 or 3 years and my husband and I both remarked that changes that have been made since our last visit have made the DC better (at least in our opinion). |

The location was great. There was a lot of noise in the front entrance near the desk. This was due to all the people that were there. |

From the moment we walked into the reception area upon our arrival there was a fun, busy and bustling atmosphere. The staff were excellent and greeted us as if we were the only people checking in that day, they made us feel very welcome. There was wi-fi access in the lobby and we could access this free of charge at any time of the day. We also used the business centre free of charge too. The location is perfect for shopping, sight seeing and eating out. There is a children's area which includes a pool, games room and tv, the pool is quite small and can get quite busy but it certainly keeps the kids occupied for a while. There wasn't very much space in our room and no access to wi-fi, but this did not spoil our stay. |

Everytime I come to Toronto I stay at the Delta Chelsea, friendly great staff great location and everything I like in a hotel. They will have my business for as long as I visit Toronto |

Please write at least 15 words I liked the family spirit and atmosphere. I also loved the frineliness of the staff. The location was very good and everything is nextdoor. I did not like the housekeeping service during our stay. Daily the hiusekeeper would only make the beds and change the towels with no proper room cleaning. She did not wipe tables or clean the bathroom tub and basin. Rarely she vacuumed the room. |
