I liked being so close to where I was training for the week. Enjoyed walking that everything was so close by. For how much you pay you should be able to use the internet section for free. And there should be better computers with working printers. |

The view from the bedroom window (23rd floor) was city panoramic, the hotel is within easy walking distance of excellent shopping facilities of Downtown Toronto All the little extras that you have to pay for, like breakfast! Other in hotel facilities. |

we had a good time in Toronto and we did enjoy the activities for the children during the March Break it is too expensive to stay there for a young family |

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and efficient, good location, but the bar was [I thought] quite expensive, although that could be due to the exchange rate that I was getting! |

I found the hotel very friendly and helpful in most cases .The room was always clean and tidy when we came back in the evening.Also very close to the shops and the subway . My only conplaint was my pay as you view television it did not work the night i needed it and when i let the reception know it was still not fixed. |

The lobby was nice Upon arrival the receptionist informed us we would be given a room with a view, the view was of a back alley. Additionally the room was very small, the bathroom floor was coverd with water, the toilet kept circulating and the only electrical outlet available did not work. Highly not recommended!! |

I liked the friendly staff....... I was disappointed in my actual room. There was still wrappers and a wine cork on the floor when I went in and it appeared it had not been cleaned well. |

Plenty of space for the room type. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to where we needed to be. Many things weren't as advertised. Waterslide not available during the week (main reason for booking with kids); other facilities not available or not working properly (although staff attended promptly to these issues when approached) |
