The bed was comfortable. The room smelled like mothballs and it was too cold. The hallways were dirty and had old dishes in it everytime we walked out. |

I always enjoy staying at the Delta Chelsea, the rooms are clean and affordable, and the hotel is located right downtown. |

The most important thing was location. I was attending an event at Ryerson U. It was only a 5min. walk back to the hotel late at night. |

location, 24 hours service, friendly staff, allowing customers to order food from nearby resturants if they don't want to order from hotel resturant. free help to confirm flights and arrange for transportation no fridge in the room, no bath robe as claimed in room description, they charge for internet while it is free in many hotels, they charge for local phone calls , very early check out timeh |

The location and price were very good. The hotel's location is great for my purposes, as it is convenient to local shopping and accessible to all forms of transportation to other Toronto areas. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially in acquiring tickets to the ROM. Definitely the place for me to stay while in Toronto. |

We have stayed at the Delta Chelsea many times and always find it clean, affordable and right downtown. The bedding is comfortable and fresh smelling. The balconys are great for city views. The childrens facilitys also great.See you next year for the Santa Clause parade Parking way to expensive, but convienient and safe. A mini fridge and microwave would be a great addition. |

I was in the older section of the hotel, and it was looking rather tired and outdated, particularly in the hallways. The hallways were very warm, and fortunately I was able to open the balcony door as it was very uncomfortable. |

Good location This is a really big hotel, a bit dated on the outside. Like you wouldnt even think about going onto the balcony. |

closeness to the ACC, for the concert that we were in town to see. I had requested that we be located on a lower floor, due to elevator limitations. When we checked in they informed us that our room was on the 23 floor, which is the top floor. Unhappy,I had told them of our previous request, and then we were relocated to the 4th floor. When a member of my family checked in approx and hour earlier, the hotel staff mentioned of our request of a lower floor room , I am not sure how our reservation then ended up with us on the 23 floor. We also found the decor to be fairly outdated, for the money we spent I would have expected something a little more modern. |

The staff was really great when checking in. As busy as they were when checking in, they didn't allow that to make you feel rushed. Unfortunately both times I left my room - it wasn't cleaned. I easily could have called for the service but the way my trip worked was I needed to relax and sleep the times I was in the room. Also my last evening I was abruptly awoken by partying/ screaming and load from the room next to me. It did take a bit for security to come up once I called down |

Only the location The room was very old fashioned and the carpet was stained, the bathroom sink was badly damaged and marked, the bathroom shelf was old and dirty, the balcony was dirty and covered in cigarette stubs, the lobby was used as a waiting area for the airport bus, the chamber maid continually knocked on our door on the morning of checkout from 9a.M., despite the fact that check out is 11a.M.. This is not a 4 star hotel. |
