Delta Chelsea Hotel    

Price, location. We were there for a specific event and the hotel met our needs.

The parking was a bit tricky but we were underground in an older hotel so it was not too much of a surprise.We wanted a hotel with parking on site so were pleased about that.

I loved the balcony, the view and the incredibly comfortable bed.

Location is the only positive thing.

Construction was going on all the time. A lot of noise. The room was very small. Front desk always crowded and elevators always busy. Not a comfortable place to stay.

I liked the welcoming staff The assistance I got when I got there (showing us the room and what elevetaor to take to get to the room and to parking) I like the location and the cleaneliness of the rooms

I did not like the noise I wish there had been more security to keep the noise down as I was having long hours at the hospital an quietness on the floor would have neen appreciated.It went on for hours of slamming doors and yelling in hallway.We were compensated however. Because of the strike the elevators were not all in order.

Lifts worked not good-20 floor did not stop

Central location. Helpful staff.

First room was very small, almost claustrophobic, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also, the shower barely worked (no water pressured). When I complained, the very helpful staff moved me to a better room.

Staff excellent (Rushlan). Sense of humour in spite of heavy renovation construction noise in lobby. Hotel maintained very well.

It was close to shopping, restaurants and the theatre.

Balcony

Construction during may stay was very noisey, narrow parking spaces

This hotel's staff is so accommodating (gave us early check in, and late check out!) Also has the best fitness/pool area I have ever seen! Excellent views of the CN Tower.

The rooms are spacious and nice, the location is great, everything was clean and working well

The hotel is a bit too big and too busy - other than that everything was fine.

Check in very quick, a special mention the the receptionist johannest, very nice helpfull guy, nice attitude. I loved the neighbrhood, close to everything we need to see in toronto. Very lovely night manager taylor, one of the best manager i have never meet, everytime i have something bothering me he found a way to make me forget about it, I m definitly going back to this hotel everytime i m back to toronto, Very good breakfast and bed very confortable.

- the room is very cold but the night manager help me out with this right away , 10m after my call to front desk, he send me a small hit to my room.

I like the fact the balcony doors open and you can get fresh air there. The air in my room did not work so that open door was a life saver.

The location was ideal and despite being in a busy part of the city,was extremely relaxing and friendly. A high-class feel to the place but very welcoming. Always bustling but the staff were very professional and there to attend to our needs at all times.

Food was slightly pricey for essentially buffet fare but a good variety nonetheless

Dirty room,pool gym and all restaurants closed and only one elevator working. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody!!!
