Clean and (mostly) quiet. I was awoken at 9am by a reciprocating saw and hammering after working from 2am-6am. I distinctly recall refusing a wake up call let alone one by power tool.

Very comfortable beds. Very accomodating staff - the person that cleaned my room was very gracious and did an excellent job. Junior hockey teams staying there! Young boys (between the ages of 8 - 12) running through the halls and playing ball in the halls - walls were very thin at the hotel so lots of noise. Parents/chaperones of the hockey kids sitting in the hallways drinking until midnight chatting and laughing loudly.

Location, food, service, parking I had booked on-line for a queen bed but was given a room with two double beds. The hotel hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the room (#343), and the bed linens. There was no remote for the tv. The clock had been set an hour ahead which caused me to wake up an hour earlier.

Location Nothing has been upkept. We had a chair in our room that the fabric was worn off and the foam was all exposed. Our remote control did not work, there was no phone book or bible in the room. The sink was chipped in several places, the wall paper was falling off of the wall in the bathroom, there was no shower cap provided. They advertised on a screen at the front desk that the buffet breakfast was $13.95, we were charged $15.99, when I asked why the difference they said the rate had changed a few weeks ago and they hadn't changed the monitor at the front desk. The carpet in the lobby was filthy, large stains on it, the numbers were practically worn off of the elevator buttons. We had wine in the bar and the prices were very high. A bottle that we normally drink at home and pay $18 for was $58, considering the state of the hotel, I don't know why they think you should pay such prices. We were given a discount at the front desk when we checked out, because she asked if we were pleased with our room. There are numerous other complaints, I won't go into.

We absolutely loved the location of your hotel. We swam and dined by your outdoor pool. My husband had just driven for many hours and found it quite relaxing to spend the evening by the pool. The service was exceptional. We have decided to make the Delta Fredericton our new stop along the way whenever we return home to visit family in Nova Scotia. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to our next stay.

It was good to have free access to the internet. Bed linens were great. Staff especially the acting manager ( as I call him - from Germany) was very helpful and inviting to all guests - really a winner.

Nothing. It was an overpriced dump of a hotel. Shocking that Delta could put their name on it. Based on this experrience I will never stay at a Delta hotel if there is anything else available in the market. Pretty much everything except the food.

Le personnel est gentil et accueillant.La nourriture est très bonne. L`hôtel est bien situé dans une zone tranquille mais très près du centre ville, au bord de la rivière St-John. Stationnement est grand et gratuit. L'entretien est négligé. Le papier mural dans la chambre roule dans presque tous les joints. Le laiton dans les ascenseurs n'a pas été frotté depuis longtemps ou mal fait : taches d'éclaboussures et accumulation de produit nettoyant sur les bordures. Saletés accumulées et collées sur le plancher près des murs et des portes.
