The stuff was very friendly

wi-fi doesn't connect well in the room In 2013 everybody need a wi-fi in the room... very small room

The television was not HD and we would have appreciated a greater range of channels as we are avid sports fans

The room was great. The bed was great. Big screen tv. And wireless internet. Perfect design.

The bathroom was newly renovated, and very nice, but a little small.

The hotel staff was grace under fire (literally) when the fire alarm went off at 6:40 AM on March 21st. It was well handled.

Everything was great.

The only problem was the room was very small. No fridge or mini-bar.

Room was nice

One of the nights of our stay we returned to our room and the keys did not work. The employee at the front desk told us that sometimes the keys do not work? So after waiting we were given another set of keys which also did not work. She then explained the battery dies and no one could fix it. We could not get into our room which was a major inconvenience. We were given another room with no access to our luggage and told it would be fixed in the morning. All the employee offered us for this inconvenience was a breakfast coupon. We were disappointed and uncomfortable for the night so over all not a great experience for a room that we paid a decent amount for. I feel the situation could have been handled better and I was disappointed.

The staff was pleasant, and knowledgeable. Alyssa looked after us and even sent us a card and chocolate covered strawberries for our 25th Anniversary.

The room was very small. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. We asked for a Queen sized bed but got a King which takes up alot of the room. Why do I get charged for parking? Only one chair and one robe, for two people.

The hotel was convenient to all of the Winterlude activities. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

The pool was not open during our stay.

clean conconvenient modern price was good

dinning room not intimate, too cold. we ate at the bar and like it. Big t.v.s but not H.D. a morning paper would be nice.

The Hotel is clean, bright, and inviting. The staff I dealt with were very professional, polite, engaged, and quick to respond to any question I had. The Delta is a really nice Hotel, and its personnel provided excellent customer service.

The four day stay was fine. There is nothing negative to comment about.

Staff were fantastic. I felt they really enjoyed their jobs, and seemed happy to be there. We had a couple glitches ( see next section), but they were handled efficiently and quickly. Room service food was fantastic! I travel a lot for work, and was very impressed.

The first room was right next to the elevators, and the vibrations were unnerving. I went down to the front desk, and they relocated me without any hassle or questions. Problem with pay per view, called the front desk, and within 2 minutes a technician was in my room to successfully fix the problem.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the staff was very pleasant

We found the room a bit expendive as there's no breakfast include, neather parking, and as we were there while the renovation ( and didn'tknow about), maybe expecting a discount for the situation...

Lovely location, nice hotel and I am sure I will use it again during my next trip.

Location, Location Location

Hotel staff really really nice. Clean and comfortable room. Nice view on the river. Would book again there.

Excellent location. Very good price. Rooms are comfortable. Exercise room is good. Love the pool and the fact I can sit on lawn outside and read a book. My favourite hotel

Location is excellent. Delta service was great, as Delta always is. Rooms were perfect,. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The friendly staff who went out of their way to right a couple of issues with our room and were definitely on the ball with the reunion that we were attending. Location was great too for any sightseeing we wished to do.

We were a little disappointed with the A/C, both in our room and in the banquet facility - although it was a very warm day and nite, it was only barely functional - not what we would have expected from a hotel of the Delta calibre.
