The facilities were beautiful and the location was perfect. We were there for a gymnastics competition that was held at the hotel and it was very convenient to be at the same location as our event. The staff was very friendly but the wait time for check in was very long. I realize that it was very busy there but I think it would have been better if they had planned for more staff to be present as they would have known how many guests they were expecting. We ended up, after waiting for over an hour, getting a wrong room with only one bed. We got changed to another room but it was nearly impossible to get on the elevator to go up to another room as so many people were on then coming from the lobby area and we had to wait for about 8 elevators to get on one. We had also received a noise complaint which I can guarantee was not us. We were being very quiet in our room but there were many kids roaming the halls and being very noisy. I can guarantee you that it was not us. A couple next to us yelled out at them and they did eventually quiet down at around 11:00 pm. The staff was very friendly and eager to please, but seemed out numbered, tired and spread too thin. I would like to think it would have been a much better experience if it was not so busy. The accomodations were very comfortable and beautiful!

No wifi in the rooms, only a plug in high speed internet connection. Wifi will be installed in the rooms shortly, according to the hotel.

Location It is over-priced and in terrible shape for the money charged. 1980'S style furniture and gym facilities for $279.95 is a rip off! I would never go back there.

It was nice to sit in the sauna. This hotel probably was nice about 30 years ago, but it showing it's age. The decor was dated. The whole facility looked like it was stuck in about 1975 - 1980. I expected more for the price.

I liked that the beds did not have a bedspread and that they had sheets over the duvet. I am very fussy and the bed met my expectations. I also loved having the coffee machine in the room. I thought the towels were a little rough and there was no shower cap.

I enjoyed the proximity to the waterfront park, local pubs and restaurants. I also found the gym / pool very useful. I was booked at the hotel for three nights. I would have thoroughly enjoyed having a better view.... Possibly one of the ocean & port.

Proximité de la marina, du centre d'information touristique et stationnement intérieur permet de ne pas avoir à se préoccuper de cet aspect et de pouvoir se déplacer dans les principales attractions de la ville à titre de piéton.
