When I arrioved they had no record of my booking, but wnet out of their way to ensure that I was accommodate and even upgraded me. I am not impressed with Bookings.com |

The staff moved me to a room that was away from the conference, I did not get the king bed I had reserved but it was a good trade. Breakfast was not as good as the hotel...sorry |

The price is quite high for this hotel. Also, you have to pay for parking, $14.99 per night. We had food delivered and had to go to the lobby to get it. I also spent half the night looking for Rolaids and none were to be found, after several staff sent me to various vending machines. The hotel is nice but very overpriced. Everything was clean and the service was pretty good. Bed was very comfortable and the 12:00 check out is good. |
