Delta Prince Edward (爱德华王子岛酒店)  

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful.

The bathroom sink tap was hard to turn off and the shower faucet leaked.

The hotel location is great,also the staff very friendly.

There is renovation at hotel,also the price is too high comparing to the hotel level.

Calm, peaceful, welcoming staff. A treat to have stayed especially on our 35th wedding anniversary. Actually, the Dining Room Manager, was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Limited parking for check-in. Had to resort to underground parking.

Location - if you are looking for something to do at night, you probably shoudl stay in or close to Charlottetown. The Delta Prince Edward is conveniently close to the center of town, and just a short walk to the city's very nice restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Secure parking facility - if you have any concerns about the security of your vehicle, the hotel's parking garage is very secure and in our opinion, has very affordable daily rates. The hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating.

it is a big hotel more in tune with large tour parties and business travellers and lacks the personal feel.

at 4pm when we checked in our rooms were not yet ready and we were told by the front desk staff that they were not sure at what time it would be ready. they were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Fine central location in downtown Charlottetown.

Basement garage needs better signs for elevator, exit and so forth. The elevator from the basement to the lobby is quite small. Then you have to transfer to larger elevators to the guest rooms. Moving in and out of the hotel becomes a hassle if you have much luggage.

Nice pool, nice workout area and equipment. Friendly staff.

I opted to treat my fiance and i to the Premier King Room with Harbour view. Instead we got a, if you look to the right you can see some water...all we saw were buildings. The photos on the website were extremely deceiving. So other than the "view" and the king bed, there was nothing special about this room. Especially since there were children in every room surrounding us, playing and yelling and running through the hall our entire trip! Kids shouldnt be on the same floor as a king suit room which are clearly for couples.... Our housekeeping did not clean our coffee cups, pot or replace our coffee, we had to ask for more. Exercise facility should be 24hrs, room service should be later or 24 hrs like a lot of hotels.

Great location in Charlottetown-easy walk to almost anywhere. Close to the wharf, Victoria Park, etc. Very comfortable stay.

Great facility and staff. Liked the internet room - very handy.

Friendly staff, great pool and exercise room. I liked that the pool was on the 2nd floor so that I didn't have to walk through or near the lobby when in a wet bathing suit. The breakfast area was very nice and comfortable. Service staff were very attentive. I also liked the extension arm mirror in the bathroom. Towels were plentiful.

If I remember correctly, the refrigerator in the room had no freezer section and i could not find any dial to turn to adjust the temperature. I couldn't get it cold enough to chill my beverages.

The location was great

Parking Elevator was not working - carpets in rooms should be changed or removed and some type of flooring placed. We stayed at the Hilton in Moncton and the rooms had hardwood type floors - so hygienic and it looks great

The hotel staff were excellent.

I was tricket by you people. That will never happen again. I paid more for my room by booking thru you. I told the hotel not to allow you to do this again. It hurts there business. I will tell my friends to stay away from your company. You wrecked a ice stay at a beautifull hotel!
