It was convenient for a business trip. It was located beside the convention centre where I attended a trade show. Some of the staff seemed snobby because I did not speak the language. |

Staff service was excellent. Provided great restaurant recommendation and responded to any questions in a friendly manner. No fault of anyone in particular but it is an older hotrel and the floors reminded me of a maze with rooms quite a distance away from the elevators. |

bright, clean, pleasant room the bathroom was a discrace, we were surprised the hotel would rent such facilities, better to tell guests that the hotel is full |

Staff was friendly and the location was good The hotel did not have our original rooms ready. It was an older hotel so what they refer to as "signature" rooms and perks, were infact what other hotels consider standard amenities for guests. |

Good location. Couldn't open the windows, the curtains did not close so that there was a 3-4 ft. gap, meaning the morning light came in very early and woke me up. Bathtup took forever to drain. |

L'emplacement proche du Vieux Québec, on peut tout faire à pied Les travaux qui commencent à 8h le matin sur le mur de ma chambre. Les kilomètres de couloirs pour y arriver. |
