Proximity to the Quebec Winter carnival festivities was great. Terribly overrated, poor value for money ratio, room was not clean, lobby and elevator especially need an uplift. I brought my wife to the Delta chain because of its' reputation. The weekend prove to be quite disappointing (at least the hotel stay)

It is very well situated Value for money very disappointing on Signature floor. Continental brealkfast very poor in selection and in quality. False advertising on website, no mini bar.

We enjoyed having the club suites so that we could use the club lounge.Kevin was superb and went to so much trouble to make our stay there enjoyable.In fact, all the staff were excellent and incredibly friendly. The rooms were looking rather tired and the bathrooms in our club suites were incredibly small, considering the size of the corner rooms we were in.However, we understand that the hotel is being renovated during the next few months.One other comment - we had been staying at the Embassy Suites in Montreal, and we were pleasantly surprised to find we had two free drinks each evening with all the bits of food.Perhaps just giving guests one drink on the house would be a nice gesture if they are in the club suites.

The swimming pool however very limited hours (only 6 hours per day). Heater inside the room works very nice for heating up the room. Although I was a signature club member, no one to greet us downstairs or tell us that we have to come up two floors (with heavy luggage) to get to the reception on the 3rd floor. I understand that the hotel is very old but still the reception being on the third floor (but Rent a car being right beside the main entrance on the ground floor) is very inconvenient. Inside the rooms, the mattresses are not comfortable at all. Rooms did not have windows to open up and get fresh air. Upon checking in, I asked about Wi Fi use and the person who was checking me in (and knew I was a signature club member) did not mention that I can use the Wi Fi inside the room with no cost. He said I should come to the reception level and use Wi Fi or if I want to print, I can use the computer in the lobby in front of the reception desk. However, Wi Fi was available in my room and also printer in the signature club room too. Washrooms are very uncomfortable. Please use one and you would see for a child or old person (and even me in my middle 40s), accessing the toilet rolls is too far from the toilet itself and very difficult.. The tap was dripping all the time too. Shower was ok however, there was no fan or window in the washroom so air flow did not happen which was very inconvenient after using the washroom or taking a shower. Changing the elevators to get to 3rd floor and then having to change it to another elevator to get to the room or signature club room was very inconvenient too. Also elevators were very old and parts of the walls were tearing off.

hotel club signature room, and the guy who worked there: keivin... was excellent! He was super nice! did not have jaccuzi, LCD tv, and indoor pool. should change elevetaor from 3rd floor to top floors. So each time we shoudl change elevator two times

I had a bad start at check in and found the staff to be unfriendly and inflexible. This was reinforced during my stay when the hotel's accounts team made an error re. my payment and the young lady on the desk was very rude to me. She did apologise once she discovered her error, but the damage was done.

I totally loved the bed, is soooo comfortable, I loved the club signature room area is so clean, the hotel has a great ubication, the city is beautiful, the staff is really nice and polite, is not expensive, I would totally go back, I loved the hotel and the city. Thank you very much. Just the pool has a lot of bleech but I think that is good

Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to Old Quebec. Building is in desperate need of upgrading. Everything looks old and worn. On the day we arrived, one elevator did not work and the one that did was so overworked that it was faster for us to use the stairs. Parking was outrageously overpriced. The location of the workout facility and pool was very inconvenient (had to get off elevator, walk through main lobby and either take a second elevator down one floor or an escalator).

It is in an excellent location. I enjoyed the signature club with its included evening snacks and morning breakfast. Lovely spacious rooms. The reception on the third floor is awkward as is the escalater system from ground floor to reception. Parking is advertised as 20 dollars a day but turns out to be 25 dollars after taxes, a rather high price in my opinion.

The location to the old city of Quebec. Just a short walk to attractions. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant. You always felt comfortable asking a question or for help from both the desk staff and the porters. Could definitely use some updating, especially the hallways to the rooms, at least the 4th floor that I know of. The carpets were worn and stained and the wallpaper looked very tired and unappealing. There were exposed concrete walls as well that look as if the building was not completed. Even some paint and a few pictures would greatly improve the appearance and feel.

Location only The washroom was dirty, toilets filthy, sink & bath filthy had to wash it B4 use, and the restaurant we went down for Breakfast and got a bowl of cereal for my mom and there was a wet paper in the cereal, Only thing that was good was the location .
