The hotel is fine, but nothing special, and really overpriced. Costs more than is reasonable- I travel for work quite a bit, and often stay at better hotels in more expensive cities, for significantly less.

checked in quickly; king sized bed fantastic; breakfast very good; easy access to autoroute, stores and restaurants. Difficult to find parking as there was an event the night we stayed. TV did not work as cable was out on Sunday am.(not your fault). Price a bit high for two rooms...no deals...

The staff were exceptionally friendly. I am bilingual but my travelling partner is not. The staff could easily accommodate her and readily switched to english

Close location to the business I visited. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. The sheets on one of the beds was very worn and scratchy. I had 2 beds in the room so I slept in the other bed.

First day at lunch had hair in my meal. Second day for breatfast asked for just toast and coffee.(not a big eater in the morning) for which I paid $13.50.Won't eat there again.

Propreté. Très mauvais idée de faire l'entretien de la piscine le week end de Pâques!!! Surtout que nous avions choisi cet Hotel pour la piscine avec les enfants. Stationnement payant. Oreillers beaucoup trop épaisse.

Accueil vraiment très chaleureux. Personne attentionné et souriant en général. Restauration délicieuse surtout au souper. Mobilier de la salle à manger du soir trop en lazy-boy. Posture trop affaissée mais la serveuse est gentiment allée me chercher une autre chaise ailleurs ce qui a largement compensé.

Le confort des chambres Le bar-loundge qui ferme vers 23:00 un mercredi soir due au manque de clientele. L'hotel devrait avertir dans le hall d'entree sur un tableau electronique ou autre maniere.
