Delta Sun Peaks  

The staff is very friendly. This is our second time staying at the Delta, and we loved it. Pool facilites and location is great for the kids, very family friendly. Good breakfast buffet!

room spacious, good price, allowed dogs, close to skiing and shopping, food good at restaurant. coffee and fridge n room. staff great!

they need more outdoor hot tubs and pool should be bigger. too many people for small space. they also ran out of robes for the room.

Loved being able to ski in and out of the lodge. The ski valet service was great. The family really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

Although there was a slow, wired Internet connection in the room, there was no in room Wi-Fi.

Everyone friendly and helpful. Ski out, Ski in. Rooms clean, comfortable, large. Food excelent Wine list extensive bar/lounge comfy! whole Sun Peaks atmosphere much better than Whistler, and much less expensive. Our 3rd or 4th time at the Delta Sun Peaks, not our last we'll be there every year we can ski, maybe after too!!

The location is pretty hard to beat. Mantles, the restaurant in the hotel is pretty good as well.

Service is terrible. We arrived at 5:30 and our room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 but still wasnt. They then said 30 more minutes. We went until 6:30 and it still wasnt ready! It was terrible! Our kids were exhausted from driving 7 hours and we had to wonder around the grounds freezing. The only compensation they provided was free parking!

We went for the weekend and enjoyed walking and hiking into McGillvary lake and through the village found everyone friendly and helpfull.

Noticed plates and glasses left in the hallway for 2 days

well what a pleasant surprise this beautiful hotel was, for the price I didnt expect anything as luxurious but it was just gorgeous. The town of Sun Peaks is so pretty, we all enjoyed our night here very much, it was just for one night as it was a stopover to break our trip

Excellent service in the restaurant and at the front desk and lovely facilities.

We took the 'short cut' route from the Salmon Arm / Chase direction on the Transcanada which ended up as climbing over 2 mountains on a precipitous dirt track in clouds of dust which got into and damaged the pneumatic struts of our tailgate. We did this using a map but according to the waiter GPS systems also list this route, even for buses and even in winter - the track is only passable half the year at most. The road in from the Kamloops /Heffley Lake direction (by which we exited Sun Peak) was by contrast excellent! This was our fault, not Sun Peak's!

The location and the hotel were very enjoyable.It was our second visit to the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The Food was served was cold and expensive and not quite the standard expected for a luxury hotel.

We were given room 415. At about 2.00am a very high frequency sound, emanating from somewhere within the room structure, made sleeping totally impossible. At 5.00am I went to the front office to complain, at which time I was offered another room. The sound stopped at 5.10am only to come on again at 7.00am. We moved to room 587 which turned out to be very quiet. I urged the manager to check out this problem for the sake of future guests.

If you are into skiing, the location is perfect and the ski slopes are right outside the hotel.

How there were 3 hot tubs - lots of room for all the apres ski folks! The delicious food at Mantles restaurant. The friendly and helpful staff - upgraded my Grandma so she would be closer to the elevator, allowed for a later check-out time The location - at the foot of the ski hill! The comfy bed and pillows

Very poor lighting in the bathroom - once you draw the curtain, there is barely any light in the shower - not very safe for older people! How you have to pay extra for parking The way you need to use your key card for everything - so annoying

Hotel is looking very tired. No wifi in the room and the last time I stayed at a hotel with a tube tv was over 2 years ago. The property is in need of a renovation top to bottom!

Slow elevators.

We have now stayed with you 3 times. We still like the overall ambiance of the hotel and its proximity to nearby attractions. The staff is friendly and the food is better than average.

I would not use the word dislike but areas in which the hotel could improve. You need to do a little updating. Hi Speed wireless and flat screen TV's with free premium channels (HBO,Showtime etc.) would be a great start. The absence of wireless in the rooms is pretty poor in this day and age. The ethernet cable doesn't work with Macbook air , Ipads or Kindle Fires.

Da localização,da beleza do lugar!

Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und hatten für einen sehr geringen Preis ein super Zimmer mit zwei King-Size Betten (mit 3 Erwachsenen genutzt) und ein Doppelzimmer. Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren super eingerichtet und recht edel. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Ski-Feriendorf und wird daher scheinbar in der Nebensaison wesentlich billiger angeboten.

Das Hotel liegt nicht wie bei der Hotelsuche gedacht in Little Fort, sondern noch ca. 90 km davon entfernt in Sun Peaks und zwar ziemlich weit vom Schuss, noch ca 30 Min Fahrt von der Hauptstraße entfernt.

Great location, facilities, food, activities and friendly staff.

Errors with electronic keys and room allocation. Another guest was booked into the same room as ours, and given an electronic key to our room. He entered the room using his key, while my wife was in the shower, very embarrassing for everyone. All the front desk staff did in response was to simply apologize. Also my electronic key did not always work, so we had to use my wife's key.
