Delta Toronto Airport West  

On arrival at the airport I was impressed by the way staff dealt with Their particular job moving passengers through all the various stages of their arrival etc. the next day I realized I had left something of value on the plane the night before. The staff at the lost and found did all they Could for me and to my delight recovered the article. I cannot praise Them enough!!

It was fine we were only there a very short time but the restaurant was very very expensive

Clean hotel with 24h shuttle service to toronto airport

They did not have my reservation and I had to go to their business centre and print of a copy of my booking confirmation to get the price quoted. To booking.coms defense, I did cancel my original reservation and then rebook because the price had dropped by $200. The hotel had my first reservation and cancelation on file but did not have the room that I booked at the lkower price.

Relaxing,comfortable,easy

It was close to the airport and fairly reasonable in price. I liked the facilities, eg gym, pool and spa and free shuttle to the airport.

The facilities were not easy to access (gym, pool, spa) - should have an elevator.

It was awkward to walk through the lobby and by the restaurant to get to the pool facilities.

Staff were polite and helpful, despite a significant breakdown in the hotel's hot water system.

All mechanical systems are vulnerable to breakdown. While I understand this, and that the malfunction in the hot water system is no one's "fault", nevertheless it was more than a little annoying.

Convenience to the airport, shuttle service and ability to leave vehicle.
