    Stayed there last saturday august the second. Hotel looks way better in pictures. Washrooms are dated and only two elevators. Think of a very very old apartment renovated mildly...bc this is exactly what it is. The manger his name was Matt was fantastic

    too old, old washrooms, old elevator hallways smelled really bad

    Location was close to all amenities

    We were told that there would be wifi service in room but unfortunately there was none , unless we can be in the lobby..had to pay for parking however when I booked it was not stated ..I was told be coz I booked from a third party which is booking .com ..that is why it was not mentioned to us about the extra charge..The service was poor for the money I paid...

    I liked the my room as well as the location

    The staff weren't polite as well as the wifi that you already have to pay 15$ extra for was barely working and when I called to ask to fix it they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

    I liked the cleanliness of the room. The location is great and the food was good as well.

    I DID NOT like that the receptionist (named Amal) was being very rude. Seemed like she had a bad day. I've stayed there a couple of times and this isn't the first time I've had a problem with her. I also didn't like that I had to pay a 10$ fee for a late check out 12:30 and check out is at 12. I've stayed in multiple hotels and this is the first hotel to charge me a late check out fee.

    The location was great.

    That I had to pay for parking. Was not impressed with is as I never had to pay for parking before.

    I needed to stay close to the airport as we were flying early the next day. The hotel was close to the airport and provided a shuttle that left every half an hour. The dinner buffet was good for what we paid.

    The receptionist seemed like she was having a bit of a bad day. She came across as a bit abrupt to the people in front of me who were checking in and then myself as well.

    The location

    The service. The room. The fact that there was no wifi in my room and I should have been informed about it prior to me checking in. As well as the room was not worth the price I payed for it. It is old and needs renovations. Did not like the staffs attitude when I called to ask why there was no wifi in my room

    friendly staff

    Priced very high for a hotel with rooms outdated, i booked a deluxe king room and only one breakfast was free and this was not communicated to me upon arrival. Cleaning staff very loud when on floor cleaning rooms.

    Front desk staff were very nice Free shuttle from & to the airport Bed was decently comfortable. Clean room

    Noise! The walls are thin with no sound barrier z I could hear every word the people above and next door to me said. Not to mention their tv etc. Everyone's nice as long as you tip big. The bag delivery help to my room ( I was in a cast and on crutches) were polite until I said I really can't afford to tip you but here is $5. The guy rolled is eyes and walked away. Very rude. The shuttle driver was the same deal. Expecting large tips. All he did was whine to me that no one tips him even celebrities. I had to pay $20 each was for the airport airline porter & could not spend money tipping the shuttle driver. I was extremely polite & thankful. Then he looked at me and say " seriously are you for real" as he waited for a large tip. Again I thanked him. ( for doing his job!) he rolled his eyes and said " I can't believe you. So the staff all feel the world owes them and are only friendly to get tips. Well not everyone can afford to tip every single staff member. What happened to the genuine nice people that earn their pay. If he's relying on tips he should get educated land a higher paying job.

    I was given a key to my room, and walked into a room that was already occupied. When I finally did get to my room it smelled stale The hold on my credit card was far to long. 5 - 7 days to hold 200 dollars after I have already checked out is ridiculous
