Next door to Stagewest Theatre...my purpose for staying there. Charging for parking as well as refundable deposit for incidentals usage while staying there. Never before stayed in a hotel that charged for parking...even the Crowne Plaza gives free parking and also goes for honesty regarding incidentals usage..ie: phone calls etc. Also no refridgerator in the room...even though advertised. For a price of $190 (taxes included) one should not have to go out to an ice machine one floor up especially New Years Eve

On arrival at the airport I was impressed by the way staff dealt with Their particular job moving passengers through all the various stages of their arrival etc. the next day I realized I had left something of value on the plane the night before. The staff at the lost and found did all they Could for me and to my delight recovered the article. I cannot praise Them enough!!

Clean hotel with 24h shuttle service to toronto airport They did not have my reservation and I had to go to their business centre and print of a copy of my booking confirmation to get the price quoted. To booking.coms defense, I did cancel my original reservation and then rebook because the price had dropped by $200. The hotel had my first reservation and cancelation on file but did not have the room that I booked at the lkower price.

Staff were pleasant and tried to remedy outstanding issues The hotel needs some fixing up! The rooms were noisy with mechanical issues eg running toilet, humming fans etc

Location Trouble learning how to get transportation to hotel from airport. Inconsistent information on how to get the Delta shuttle bus caused lots of confusion.

It was close to the airport and fairly reasonable in price. I liked the facilities, eg gym, pool and spa and free shuttle to the airport. The facilities were not easy to access (gym, pool, spa) - should have an elevator.

Staff were polite and helpful, despite a significant breakdown in the hotel's hot water system. All mechanical systems are vulnerable to breakdown. While I understand this, and that the malfunction in the hot water system is no one's "fault", nevertheless it was more than a little annoying.

The Hotel is "off the beaten path" of the other hotels offering park & fly and one can find many restaurants within (winter) walking distance of the hotel. Covered parking is stressed with their advertising but there is no guarantee that you will get it for your week's parking. I got the last covered spot and that was at 2pm.
