On arrival at the airport I was impressed by the way staff dealt with Their particular job moving passengers through all the various stages of their arrival etc. the next day I realized I had left something of value on the plane the night before. The staff at the lost and found did all they Could for me and to my delight recovered the article. I cannot praise Them enough!!

Next door to Stagewest Theatre...my purpose for staying there. Charging for parking as well as refundable deposit for incidentals usage while staying there. Never before stayed in a hotel that charged for parking...even the Crowne Plaza gives free parking and also goes for honesty regarding incidentals usage..ie: phone calls etc. Also no refridgerator in the room...even though advertised. For a price of $190 (taxes included) one should not have to go out to an ice machine one floor up especially New Years Eve

It was close to the airport and fairly reasonable in price. I liked the facilities, eg gym, pool and spa and free shuttle to the airport. The facilities were not easy to access (gym, pool, spa) - should have an elevator.

Clean hotel with 24h shuttle service to toronto airport They did not have my reservation and I had to go to their business centre and print of a copy of my booking confirmation to get the price quoted. To booking.coms defense, I did cancel my original reservation and then rebook because the price had dropped by $200. The hotel had my first reservation and cancelation on file but did not have the room that I booked at the lkower price.

Free WiFi access. Shuttle service. Cosy lobby lounge. Room confort. Local newspaters (Globe). Cafe pot in the room. Multiple electric plugs on desk. Multiple drawers. Remote from restaurants / shops. Expensive food. Slow front desk service.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been nice. I had a paper cup of coffee from the restaurant just off the lobby while waiting in the lobby for my ride to the airport at 7:00, and it cost me close to $4.00!!!
