Deluxe Inn  

We booked a non-smoking room but it smelled smoke a lot. Asked for a new room and it smelled bad as well. The 3rd time receptionist followed us too the room and said "no smoke" but it really smelled horrible. He took a strawberry smelling odor spray and sprayed a bit in the room after he left. Didn't get better.. Also they had a put a screw in the shower which where blocking the hot water. So we had too shower in cold water.. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, it was horrible.

Helpful staff, tons of restaurants including a 24hr grill, Tim's, Cora's, etc within walking distance. Despite being on a busy street, my room was very quiet.

bathtub walls was still dirty

1)burn holes in bedding 2)Non-smoking room smelt like smoke 3)I didn't sleep at all...heard too many noises from the rooms around us. Next time I will just drive the three hours home after the event

no elovator,it said to be non smoking but you could smell the cigarret smoke everywhere,no coffee maker in the rooms.

I was impressed with the accommodations, cleanliness and provision of everything - wifi, internet etc. It was comfortable and quiet. I was most impressed with the man and woman who were on the front desk upon registering and when we left. They were never too busy to give us their attention and help. If I am in that area again, I would definitely stay at the Deluxe. Thank you

Very clean room and perfect for bringing your own food since the room has fridge and microwave. Parking is free and the location is also pretty good if you have a car. 3 minutes away is one of the subway stations where you can park your car and have a trip to the city. There are many restaurants around too. I recommend this hotel a lot because is budget-friendly and very very clean =)

Although the price is good considering the area, it is still expensive considering the motel´s general state (definitely needs renovation). One finds better options around.

The location was perfect for me but it is not in downtown so to you need a car

No public transport on waking distance

The Inn had microwave, refrigerator and tv that appeared brandnew. We were able to utilize the microwave and refrigerator to eat leftovers from restaurants. The Inn was very quiet and clean.

I would have preferred to have either coffee in the lobby or coffeemakers in the room. However, with Burger King next doors, we were able to get coffee in the morning easily.

This was perfect for my needs and budget. The staff was quite helpful and nice.

Not sure if you are aware, but the"Deluxe Inn" also charges by the Hour, if you know what I mean. Not able to get a night's sleep, if it was not for one neighbours going at it, then the next would start. I would think this is something that you might want to consider as far as providing a service for this establishment.
